Dr Morgan is very professional and explained the procedure clearly, the office staff are welcoming and efficient.

Having been a patient of Dr. Morgan's for over 3 years, we chose him to do our 4 year olds tonsil/adenoidectomy. Our daughter means the world to us, so we trusted Dr. Morgan for this operation. He was absolutely the perfect choice and we couldn't be happier with the results. He was upfront, professional, and comforting during the whole process. We didn't take the decision to do this procedure lightly but we wouldn't go with anyone else if we had to do it all over again. We Highly recommend him for yourself or your child's needs.

Dr Morgan and staff are terrific. Care about the patient. Have been very fast & efficient in working through the new sleep study & getting the CPAP Machine to me as well as approved by my insurance on their new take home study.

When I call to make an appointment, I am made to feel like I am putting the customer service rep out for doing her job. This is the first person that a new patient or an existing patient speaks to and when the phone person acts like this, it makes the patient not want to see one of the doctors. I saw Dr. Nielan for my ear problem and felt like he was mocking me for my tinnitus. I stuck with seeing him for a few visits, but really felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously. I recently go recommended to see Dr. Raney or Dr. Morgan in the same practice and I thought. GREAT! The person I spoke with acted like I was asking her to give me a kidney or something. I mean, really!

Why does the staff in so many of these doctor's offices act like such jerks? I am very friendly, and accommodating when I speak to these people!

We are really pleased with Texas ENT, Dr. Morgan, Tammie Wolfe, P. A.and the nurses and the front desk staff too. We have used Dr. Morgan for many years and trust him with our ears.

I visited Dr. Morgan regarding my sleep apnea. Dr. Morgan performed an exam and then took plenty of time to discuss my problem. He is an excellent Doctor and really gets to know his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Morgan

Went to visit Morgan office to discuss removing my tonsils. First impression was good. Doc was decent.
They did the tests without my consent and I ended up paying the money without anticipating. I was told by medical assistant she called her MA. Was supposed to reach out to me regarding surgery pricing. But now I am getting run around. I guess one hand doesn't no what the second hand is doing?
Stay away from this place. Save some time and money.

I typically go to the Fairfield location which I really like. I was scheduled at this location last min. The front desk Hispanic lady who checks you out is very rude. I didn’t get a name. She looked at me as though she was so annoyed I even walked into the office and it’ll delay her going home sooner. (Which is not the case at all) The first thing you see when you walk into a doctors office is the front desk and it’s always nice to have welcoming hello, a cheerful personality, and people with a smile on their faces; receptionists. I didn’t see that what so ever. I can’t say much about the doctor because it was a very short visit but I do appreciate him having the nurse call me the next day to check on me.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Morgan for many years for various reasons and have always been satisfied with the quality of care and services. The staff are always considerate and friendly. When Dr Morgan is not available Tammy Wolf is just as accomplished.

The office personal are amazing & made me feel very relaxed. Dr Morgan was wonderful, very reassuring & through. I would gladly recommend him to my family & friends. In fact once my issues are fixed I will be bringing my Husband.
