We went two times to check up on my father's condition. However, Dr. Fan does not seem to care about patients. He always storms in and out in just a few minutes, always in a rush. And for the lab results, the nurse consisted on we need to make an appointment so that the doctor can explain to us, but when we came and waited, when the doctor came in the room to see us, I think this was the first time he checked the result also, and one of the results even not been done yet. So what is the point of nurse calling us to see the doctor? We feel like we are not listened and cared.

Shameful! I am disappointed with the customer service. I requested a txt, email or a phone call to confirm my appointment, receptionist stated the office doesn't confirm appointments. Next issue, I called to confirm my appointment and was told I was scheduled with a different doctor.
My response no thank you I will find another doctor. Reviews matter!

Worst customer service at the counter, please check with your insurance what percentage you will be paying because they are scam, also they sent me a nurse instead of the doctor I paid for and told me the doctor is in surgery. I canceled and left the place with my refund.

This should be A negative 10. The worst experience I've ever had in my life with A Dr. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Very bad service-zero star if there is a choice: I went to the clinic to make an appointment for my surgery. There are two partners. I was seen by Dr. Fan and I made an appointment for the surgery with Dr. Fan and his two assistants on the first appointment (approximately 3 weeks before the scheduled surgery date). I clearly said that since Dr. Fan saw me and I never had a chance to see the other partner, I wanted Dr. Fan to perform the surgery. Dr. Fan said: ok and he asked for my general Dr.information to get my annual check record. Never got any notice or discussions regarding changing surgery Dr.in advance and I got my medicine on time. 24 hours before the scheduled surgery time, I got a phone call telling me that Dr. Fan is on vacation and the other Dr.will perform the surgery. It may be ok to change the surgery Dr but should Dr. Fan at least let me know in advance before transferring me to a Dr. I never met? Could you trust the Dr.treating patient in this way? Definitely never.

I read the reviews on my way to the appointment but decided to give him an opportunity. Two assistant come previous to doctor to ask about what’s going on before the doctor comes in. Doctor is rushed, doesn’t listen to your concerns or questions you have. I asked about a certain procedure if they could do a breath test to get answers stated no need that exercise would help my stomach issues!
Don’t waste your time or money! Go based the reviews!

Recently I was diagnosed with chrons disease by dr. XAN. He prescribed me medication and out of sudden the office went silent I would call and no call backs were made. The reason of my calls was to get my refills for the medication as I was running out keep in mind cvs my pharmacy was also calling for refills 3 weeks went by in till I heard back from the dr by that time all my chrons systems have already and I was back to square 1 bleeding and having major pain. When I talk to the dr he asked why did I stop taking medication I said because you didn’t refill. All he said was there’s no notes. I felt that he did not care about my health even when the colonoscopy was done he was complaining on how long my colonoscopy took costing him more money due to my severe condition. Don’t go to this dr
