Great experience working with this company. I got 5 quotes and chose Dragon A/C because of their professional response and wonderful personality. Everyone associated with the team was phenomenal. The equipment choice was perfect making a hot summer chilly.

Dragon was very professional, provided his estimates in writing, had competitive pricing, and responsive to my questions and concerns. Installation completed in one day. I would highly recommend Dragon and his team, and will use them again for any of my future A/C needs.

The AC broke in my Wife's Aunt's house. One of her cousins recommended Dragon Air. We gave them a call and they came out and checked everything out. The Unit was old and needed to be replaced. After coming out and measuring the house told us that the AC unit was under size for the house. Without hesitation they scheduled a crew out and replaced the complete AC system. We were up this Labor Day weekend, and the house was cooling like it never has before. I would like to say thank you to Dragon Air for coming out and doing a great job.

Middle of August, Saturday night, 11pm, ac goes out.
I send a text to Dragon immediately after.
Sunday morning at 8 I receive a reply.
Within 3 hours Aleks is at my house.
They don't know me.
This was not preferential treatment.

That's the kind of service that we only hear about, but never receive.

They shot me straight. Told me exactly what was wrong. Didn't haggle over costs. "This is the issue. This is what it'll take to fix it. " As a contractor myself, I respect the hell out of that.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Our A/C stopped cooling Sunday night. Contacted Dragon Air Services and they were able to send a repairman out early Monday morning.
Braden did a great job. He quickly found the problem, fixed it and had the house cooling down in no time. Dragon Air will definitely be getting my business again. Highly recommend.

My blower motor needed replacement and these guys were quick to answer and with the best quote by far. Quality work and most importantly I can say I trust them to be honest with their work. Great value and exceptional service. They even followed up the next day to make sure the system was optimized after the repair. Their communication was clear and timely. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Simply the best. Had two residential HVAC units replaced, and the price and professionalism throughout the job was 100% fantastic. Went above and beyond during installation without those "unexpected" price increases that tend to infest other jobs. Highly recommended for jobs of any size.

I have had to use Dragon twice. Both times, they were able to get someone out within a few hours. The technicians were knowledgable, polite, and professional. Fortunately I have not had to have any major repair work done, however I would not hesitate based on their honesty and attention to detail. I cannot recommend them enough. Dragon Air Services has been nothing but AWESOME! Honesty is definitely something this company shows. Never once did they ever try to up sale us on anything. Why since i 1st hired them I haven’t gone with another company.

I have never seen a Google rated business with 100% perfect reviews, so I had to give this company a chance to win my business, which they did, with flying colors.

I decided to go with Dragon AC to replace my 22 year old AC and furnace units and upgrade my duct configuration after the owner of the company (Dragan) spent about two hours at my home, analyzing the current situation and how best to fix me up going forward, within my limited budget.

The install process is underway now, as I write this review, and it has already vastly exceeded my expectations after less than six hours of progress, with a crew of several (more than five, plus Dragan supervising, coordinating the operation) working efficiently and courteously toward the completion of the project. He even coordinated a plumber that he works closely with to do the related work that requires a licensed plumber.

(6/23 update) I've had the system for over a year and a half now, and the system and regular maintenance has continued to exceed all my expectations and dreams for this company.

Highly recommended for any new system, repair, or maintenance work, one of the best companies I have ever worked with.

We have 2 units and we had Dragon Air replace one that broke down two summers ago. They were great in service, professionalism, and price. We knew our 2nd unit was getting up in age and may break down, so we decided to replace it last month when it was not an emergency. Braden and his team did an excellent job in explaining everything, getting everything done timely, and being very professional and helpful with all questions we had. I would highly recommend Dragan and Braden for their wonderful service, and the whole team at Dragon Air Services.

We have used Dragon Air Services for years, from replacing an entire HVAC system to repairing old systems. They are excellent at what they do. They are very honest, they stand behind their work, and their prices are the best we have seen. The five stars are truly earned.

Ryan did a great job with installing a new AC/furnace system on one of my properties recently and I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience and the final product.

Incredibly impressed and pleased with Dragon Air Services, and will be recommending them to everyone I know in the DFW for home air services. The AC system went out for our upstairs unit, and I originally called one of the large companies that covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. After their assessment, they said that it would cost $5k to repair and $10k to replace everything with new equipment. After they saw the AC unit was an older system, all of their recommendations were going towards purchasing the new unit. Kept saying things along the lines of "don't sink money into a dying system" and "with this pricey of a repair, you might as well just buy a new system". I called Dragon Air Services to get a second opinion and after their assessment, they were able to fix the issue and getting everything up and running again for $400 (couple of new capacitors). At no point did they pressure me into buying a new system and used the phrase "lets try to get a couple more years out of that unit before pulling the trigger on a new system". Dragon Air came into my home with the intention to fix my existing system, not sell me a new one. For that they have won all my future business related to HVAC. Recommend them to anyone looking for an honest family owned business that has their customer's best interests at heart.

Very professional and easy to work with. They did a great job with installation and explained the details of the new AC and maintenance very well.

Called Dragon when my AC wasn’t blowing cold air. They came quickly (on a weekend) and worked a long time to try and get them running again. When they couldnt get them working, they gave me a good price on a new system. They got me on the install schedule quickly and did the work in a single day. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them for service in the future. Ryan and Braiden were excellent during the whole process.
