Dr Jain took time to call me on a Sunday to resolve the issue I had.
I’m thankful, and will continue to use the practice.

I had been meaning to do a review on my experience. I initially did the at home sleep tests and the results were inconclusive; therefore, the next step was to perform the sleep study in the lab. I did all this prior to year end due to my insurance deductible being met. The results came in during the new year (which isn’t my complaint). However, they held on to my results and requested that I meet with with Dr. Jain. I’m obviously thinking something is wrong due to my sleep issues. My insurance deductible has now started over. They requested that I pay $113 to meet with Dr. Jain. I wait 20 minutes for him to be late for a virtual appointment and then for the appointment to last 5 minutes and him tell me my results were normal. Most doctors would’ve put that in an email or portal for free instead of making their patient pay that amount of money for literally nothing just to charge me and my insurance.

They seem to handle others a little better but this was an horrible experience as for as the front office staff. Poor communication skills for one, but apparently no one never knows what the other has told you and just has not been a delightful experience.

Being told you have sleep apnea & need to use a CPAP machine is a huge change to your way of life. The office staff of Dr. Jaine’s office are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind & supportive.

I commend them for their dedication to helping patients through their adjustment to a new way of life!

My primary doctor referred me here for sleep issues under the impression I had sleep apnea. I was very impressed with this office they called me quickly and got me and appointment quickly as well. Dr. Jain is extremely knowledgeable and a foremost expert in his field. He and his associates have great customer service and it was a very positive experience. He had me take an at home sleep study which was pretty painless over the weekend and that following Monday he went over my results turns out I do have chronic sleep apnea. He immediately educated me on this and got me started on treatment options. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Jain is incredibly brilliant and caring! He and his staff go out of his way to ensure all sleep needs are resolved. Unlike other physicians I've encountered, he spends quality time with patients and provides continued care from start to finish. I highly recommend him!
