I’ve come here several times have the BEST experience. EVERYTIME I bring my daughter to get her nails done she gets them exactly as her inspo pic.

Listen, I really wanted to gate keep Amy because she must be protected at all cost. However, I must put my fellow ladies on to her. She is talented, fast, and amazing. I gave her and design and she executed!

Very dirty.did not wipe down counter before doing nails.instruments looked dirty.no one offered me a drink yet a lot of the other people were drinking complimentary drinks…
my nails were horrible, they did not do any cuticle work or cleaning underneath.the end result was so bad i told them i wasn’t happy with the results and they said if i wanted a refund then I had to let the guy take them off.the same guy! So he angrily and roughly took the nails off.my nails are sore now and look worse than before! Do not recommend.the boss lady is horrible too, she was extremely rude to me and told me i can wash the extra paint on the sides off at home…. I am not spending $50 on a manicure to have to do the rest of it at home.will NOT be back.

I got a hard gel manicure and I wanted this subtle pink ombré I saw on Pinterest. I showed Tim a picture and it looks exactly the same. I love the shape and color.

Amazing, phenomenal, and all the services you need! I’m a mom and they do it all! They are the best! Great mani, pedis, facials, massages, wax treatment, and sauna! They are so sweet and accommodating! This is the only place I will go to!

I love getting my lash lift and tint here! I had my lashes done right before a 2 month vacation, and they still looked great when I got home. I can not sing my praises any higher. Definitely come here to get any of your lash services done.

I finally found a nail shop in Austin! I truly enjoyed my experience here. I made an appointment online got there earlier and they did my nails and toes. Best set so far in Austin. They did rush on my nails nor toes and both nails and toes look GOOD! Thank you so much for taking your time and all the great conversations. I loved the energy in the shop! Everyone is so nice and caring. This is definitely my go to nail shop now and it's super affordable! I will send all my friends here.

I found dream spa through the neighborhood app because it kept getting amazing reviews. Ive gone 2x now for dip nails, 1x for pedicure and 1x for the oxygen facial. Its been a great experience everytime. Amy is wonderful and the prices are great. My nails are getting lots of compliments

Mai was very kind and professional. She serviced my “Heavenly Head Bath” and it was by far the highlight of my week. The spa was also VERY beautiful. 10/10 Recommend, would come again!

I called before coming in, had heard about this place from a waitress at a restaurant who had cute nails. Service was diligent, and did a great job. Would recommend!

Depends on which nail tech you end up with. The first few I’ve had were a bit rude, I did not feel welcomed at all but they did do a good job on what I asked for.
As for my most recent visit, I will not be coming back. Similar to other reviews, this nail tech rushed my session, cut up my cuticles, made me bleed and didn’t apologize acting as if it’s my fault stating my cuticles are too thick since I haven’t been getting them done. I just got a manicure thinking that a simple clean up wouldn’t be too bad, but no. I was in pain for a few days after, she picked the color for me rushing the whole process so she could spend time on her phone DURING THE SESSION. Even for a manicure with no design, it looked messy.
Not only did they cut my fingers, I got my eyebrows done here. She did it in a rush as well, and of course I got a cut on my eyebrow, and of course I get blamed as if it’s my fault she cut my skin and causing me to break out. This makes me question the cleanliness of the facility as well.
Anyways overall, depends on who you get. If you want to feel unwelcomed, rushed, in pain, for mid work, this is the place! After all the times I tipped and come back they would be nicer to me. After this experience, I will not come back.

Best nail salon in South Austin. Wish I would’ve found them sooner. Faith and Tim were gentle, precise and did an amazing job on my mani pedi. I will be back. The ambiance was calm and paced instead of noisy rushed. They really take the time to make sure everything is just right and I’m going to be giving them all my money.

I’ve gotten a massage & a facial here. So far, great experiences and good price. I’ll be back to try out the nail services too. Friendly service always

Get the SCALP MASSAGE! Honestly one of the best experiences of my life hands down. I truly entered another planet. Ann was amazing.
