They provide strong vacuums and cleaner spray so I can detail my car. I go here whenever I'm in town.

Had a membership with this company, was very happy with the service, saw a political flag flying instead of the red white and blue and decided to cancel my membership. Was told 9/13 was the last time I'd be charged. Yet every single month including yesterday I've been charged for a reoccurring membership. Emailed called complained all to no avail.

I have been using this place to wash my truck for a few years. It met my expectations at the beginning but I noticed that the quality reduced (probably wear and tear) over the years. I also noticed that the wash started to strip my paint all round my truck (roof, tailgate, doors, fenders, etc). I didn't expect anything in return but just requested for my membership to be cancelled. BRIAN reached out to me and asked for me to send photo's for a possible claim. I sent the photo's and was informed that after reviewing the last 2 videos, it was NOT their fault but rock chips and poor paint job by FORD. Granted, I know a few could be rock chips but certain parts of the truck would not suffer from rock chips on those locations. Instead of responding professionally, I received rude and unprofessional responses from Brian and after reading the reviews on here, I'm not surprised. The customer does not have to always be right but how you respond or approach one says a lot and I will not advise anyone to work with someone of poor taste.

These guys are so awesome and so nice. If you need go detailing, car wash and vaccums pleas check them out.

I normally love this location but apparently they close early when they are not busy. I’m accustomed to car washes sticking to their hours of operation but apparently it’s hot or cold, hit or miss. I was a member for a few years but first thing in the morning I’ll be cancelling.

First time visiting this place. Awesome fist experience awesome clean and awesome detail for a bargain

Did the platinum exterior wash today around 2pm, and it was awful. A light rain could have cleaned my car better. Really disappointed that I paid for that

This company has the world's worst customer service. I was a monthly paying member for months. I informed management about having a nail in my tire. I didn't ask for anything. I also informed management that it didn't cost me anything to fix my tire. I just wanted to informed them because I was concerned it may have again. I used this car wash at minimum twice a week. So I just wanted them to know what happened. The manager texted me phone after hours and was rude insulting me saying "Clueless Courtney" and that I didn't have common sense. This company will never get my hard earned money again

Amazing service. Honest suggestions from the staff. Really quick interior cleaning. I did go at noon on a weekday, but still. Two ladies took care of that and there was a guy near the entrance who took care of charging me and honestly told me that with basic interior cleaning was enough for my car. Also, you get 5 day wash inssurance even if it doesn’t rain. So before the 5th day from when you had it cleaned you can go back again for free.

Went in for a quick wash recently, and it seems like they use less and less water every time, recently passed through and the hood of the car is still dirty along with the rear of the car, was hesitant to go through again, but when i use their drying towels it becomes dirty at an instant.they do offer free vacuums and a 5 day clean car guarantee.

I took my Girlfriends car in to get it washed. When I got there I was met by a man who was very professional, he tried to upsell me (as anyone should in a good business) and when I declined he did not push further. I believe he was the manager mentioned in the other good reviews left here. He handed me my receipt and asked me to tape it to the windshield. I went through the wash and it did a good job. Since I was washing my GF’s car I paid for the interior service. When I pulled into the area where they dry and clean the car I sat and waited, about 3 employees passed me with a look on their face that can only be described as “Why is he parked here”. After about 5 minutes, of sitting next to another car while it was being cleaned, a lady walked to my car to inspect the receipt that I previously taped to the windshield showing I paid for this service. She audibly said “ugh”, I got out and looked for the room to wait in. The car wash was as expected to be, they missed various small areas. I didn’t pay for the “Platinum Plus” (or whatever the selling name is) package so I don’t expect them to get every nook and cranny.

Main points to take away from this place are:

- The manager is the only one here who understands the industry of customer service and likes to interact with the customers to build a relationship to come back, he is the only reason I gave this establishment 3 stars and not 1 and I believe for the effort he is putting forth he easily deserves a raise.

- Every other aspect of customer service is lacking and all the employees could use more training in putting on a smile and directing customers that have clearly never been here before.

I recently used the facility and was impressed with the quality of wash, vacuum with real suction power, and towels to wipe and clean your car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were not too busy so while I was wiping my car. One of the employee came and applied the tire shine without asking or charging extra. Now that's customer service. I ended up upgrading my single car was to monthly pass. Thomas (manager) was walking around and asking each customer if he can do anything to help. Keep us the good work.

Incredibly unprofessional. Had a concern with my vehicle and only received a random text message by someone who genuinely refused to state their title only that they were connected to the car wash. Their high pressure air caused damage on my vehicle in 2 spots simultaneously. Which you could assume from the responses on other feedback they said this was “my fault”. Sorry I don’t think my windshield gave out and my fin became defective and flew off in the same 30 seconds. Your onsite managers even confirmed the air pressure caused similar issues on their vehicles but couldn’t help me because it was up to “corporate”. I’ve emailed, called and entertained a random text and still can’t get someone to call me to explain.

We had ordered basic exterior and basic interior cleaning. There was a mix up in our favor and these guys cleaned the car for four hours because they thought we had all the premium packages. They charged us only for our originally intended cleaning and the car was spotless, like new. Best car wash experience ever!

Beware you have been warned. My sister took her car here and they ruined it with their carwash. This place is a scam they mess up your car and then say You need to pay 140 to get service and they can fix it for you. Run Run as fast as you can! PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

By far the best and well run local wash, hands down the best deal if you have multiple vehicles to have on one plan, vacuums are the bomb… probably better then our shark at home, towels and cleaner provided are the icing on top!

This place is Horrible. I can't believe they won't give me a refund after i stated that I'm not happy with the service. Unethical place Avoid this dump

This has been one of the better car washes I have been to. I was told it would be an hour and ten minutes before my car would be ready since I was having them clean the inside as well as going through the car wash. I was fine with that and let them do it. They had my car ready in about 45 minutes. The did a really good job on the inside of my car. My only complaint is they didn't put the items back they had moved. Other than that I would definitely use this car wash again.

Use to be one of the best car washes but feel the standards of service have been lowered. Vehicle always comes out still dirty and a lot of it has to do with the fact they only scrub vehicle prior to entering the car wash but they don’t pre-spray or rinse the dirt off they scrubbed so it pretty much keeps the brushes inside the actual car wash dirty.

Once the car has exited the car wash you will find dirt smudges all over the car which then requires additional time of grabbing towels to clean off the mess which defeats the purposes of a car wash in my opinion. Had no towels in any bins so had to ask the manager for a towel below you will find the dirty rags from just wiping the windows and door sides of the vehicle.
