I live in Houston, Texas and I needed an affordable Liability policy ASAP. A close friend recommended that I call the Drew Becquet State Farm Office in Corpus Christi. She has been with them for 20 years. Her Liability policy premium is so reasonable, I didn't waste any time. I called on Tuesday afternoon in the nick of time before they closed. I was so fortunate that Sergio Cantu was the agent that helped me. He worked so fast that I had a quote in less than 10 minutes. On Wednesday afternoon around the same time, I called Sergio from my car in the Kroger parking lot. He made a concerted effort to see if I qualified for some more discounts. He found some, too! Wow! Within 15 minutes, I paid my first premium with my debit card on my smart phone and I was a happy camper. Sergio helped me so much and he saved me a lot of money. He was very friendly and he knew his "stuff". He is definitely in the right job. I will refer my fast-paced friends to him for sure. I felt like I went to a drive thru with no line!

Sergio Cantu helped me lots! When I originally called I got transferred to him and he gave me a really good quote super fast and made sure I understood what everything on the quote meant to a T! Always cheerful and never rude either! This has been a 3 day process for me but each day I spoke to him he was reassuring and very explanatory to any questions I had! He did really well to stay in contact and check in to see if I had questions, was ready to move forward, or found something else I was gonna go with instead but he wasn’t pushy about anything and was just overall very nice and pleasant to speak to through this entire process!
