If there was a negative 5 I would select it. I have gone through their process for renewal greater than 20 times over the past few months and it still does not work.

Awesome support and WELL worth the price. They got several tough items fixed with one short session by Vaughn, who was extremely knowledgeable and supportive.

I'm quite satisfied with this product. It does what it says it will do and requires very little manual intervention. It just occasionally needs assistance when the drivers OEM driver update software clashes with it. Overall; excellent!

The Driver Support tech solved my audio problem which Microsoft and HP [my computer mfg] techs could not, in less than 5 minutes. I am thoroughly satisfied with their work and would use them again.

Was having a problem trying to connect my recently purchased all in one printer to print from laptop. All information and assistance received from other sources was not helpful, finally was connected to Driver Support and due to the determination and very helpful technician not only did he (believe his name was Andrew) connect through the laptop but also introduced me to "wireless" I was and still am impressed.

Excellent,! I was delighted with the VERY friendly competent approach to my problem with my printer. Which now appears to have been solved.both young gentlemen from the HP ink dept and Miguel from the driver support couldn't have been more helpful.

After a recent Windows 10 update I lost my audio on my Asus laptop. I spent three days trying everything that was recommended to solve the issue. Out of desperation, I decided to try DriverSupport. It not only solved that driver issue, it cleared up several others and the computer is running better than ever.

I have to say that I was a somewhat suspicious that Driver Support would really locate correct drivers for my older computers which I'd recently rebuilt. In the end, I was duly impressed that it quickly and easily found and installed the correct drivers. However, I've not retained the program running on the computers to monitor them as driver updates are unlikely given the age of the computers. I also cannot attest to the efficacy of the other 'optimizations' that the driver support program implemented. All in all I feel that I can recommend the product as being worth the money in terms of time saved in getting older computers configured with appropriate drivers.

I tried every solution I could find on the internet to fix the sound/audio on my Toshiba laptop. My sound disappeared one night and two days later, at my wits end, I found Driver Support. I installed the application which only cost $9.95 and it not only restored my sound, it updated a total of 4 drivers and my laptop is functioning so much better! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

All good just not enough help to set my comp laptop up for networking our home, had to go elsewhere for some of that, microsoft and windows, but helpful didn't know about my chip set needing updated, thanks

I had mandatory modules to complete for my job, and they would not open on my laptop. While troubleshooting I got this notice about updating my drivers and figured it was worth a shot. Worked perfectly!

I experienced several driver issues following removal of a security software. Driver Support corrected those issues with a step-by-step process that was easy to follow. Additionally, their staff helped me correct a subsequent issue with Windows 10 that their software discovered. Thanks for the help!

The agent went above and beyond fixing my computer. He explained why my computer was freezing up and running slow, and what steps I could take in the future.

With a full on computer failure last year I built a brand new one piece by piece (I have done that before) and happy with most power ever. Now I wondered how my drivers were and some were already outdated. The fixing up went quickly and all is running with no discernible problems so the task has been taken care of.

Driver updates were great and saved me a lot of time chasing down the right drivers for my system. But, the last driver download (Wireless_15.1.1.s64) killed my wireless LAN and I had to reload my 802.11 drivers.

My laptop works much better now following updated drivers. The service was quick and I am happy with cost of purchase. I shall continue to use Driver Support.

If you don't use this you should. I didn't realize how many problems it could solve. The price is amazingly low, under $10. And any problems that develop are handled by Advanced Tech support, highly skilled level 3 computer specialists. So surprised & pleased when a familiar voice answered the Driver support help line. Best bargan in Tech.

I had a driver failure on my external hard drive. I thought that I had lost years worth of work. I connected Driver support and was able to retrieve and use my hard drive again.
