Longtime customer who continues to find Driver’s Edge a highly preferred auto service facility. I have been coming to Driver’s Edge for several years due to their great customer service, mechanical expertise and competitive pricing. I am never disappointed. Jose, in particular, has a customer-centric “whatever it takes” attitude, and makes you feel like a truly valued customer. I’m sold on this location of Driver’s Edge.

I had a great experience at Driver's Edge in Mansfield, Texas, and I can't praise them enough for their exceptional service. In particular, I want to highlight Jose, who truly went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Jose displayed a remarkable level of professionalism and expertise. He went above and beyond, and he not only addressed my car's issues promptly but also took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed, ensuring I felt completely informed and confident in their work, and he even went out of his way to take the seats out of my car to find my apple watch. Jose's dedication to customer satisfaction sets a high standard, making Driver's Edge my go-to choice for automotive needs in Mansfield.

While it took a while to get the diagnosis and warranty approval, they communicated well and seemed to work for our good.

I called Drivers Edge on Holland Rd in Mansfield and told them that I had a small evaporative emissions control systems leak and needed to get it fixed. I know exactly what was wrong because 2 separate shops showed me the code and readout on their device when I failed to pass inspection, and as they told me they couldn't fix it. I called Drivers Edge and told them I needed that fixed and they advised that I would first have to pay $129 for a diagnosis and that the cost of the diagnosis would NOT apply to the repair. I advised that I don't need a diagnosis, because it's already been diagnosed and confirmed by 2 separate shops. I just need the repair. Still they insisted that they can't fix it until they perform a diagnosis for $129. I've only heard bad things about this shop but they are one of the few that are open on Saturdays. No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Courteous staff. Oil change took too long though as I had to wait for an oil filter to be ordered. I wasn't told in advance about this wait. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Great service. Everyone so kind and attentive. They work professionally and rapidly. 100% recommend.

Every time I have gone in, they have done a great job to get me in and get me out. The pricing is on par for what you'd pad elsewhere, but their customer service puts them at the top. I even have a fleet vehicle they have worked on and done great on it ad well!

8/18/2023, I took my BMW X1 to get my front brakes pads replaced, I was told that I needed pads & rotors, struts replaced on the left & right, and needed 2 front tires, and all of this would cost $2800…. So I decided to take my vehicle to the BMW dealership, I did not need rotors, struts, or tires, all I needed was brake pads, so I paid $267…I hate when mechanic shops try to hustle me, please do not tell me things that I do not need, this is not my first vehicle, so please be aware people and do your research, thank me later

Good diagnostics. Solved the problem. Clear up front pricing.
Time to complete is optimistic. I was told it would be done end of day, then 11 am next day, and was finally ready at 2: 30 in the afternoon.
All in all, I plan to use them again.

Good people who don’t charge you an arm and a leg and they do at least look at the issue before telling you what’s wrong.

Took my car in by 9: 30. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by noon. Thanks guys.
