Justin was so awesome today. He got me in when I showed up in a panic over leaving the kwik Car in Prosper. I had a horrible experience where they let me drive away with 1 qt of oil in my car and when I went back they over filled it.
I said did you even change the filter and they could not produce the old filter. I had a bad feeling so I pulled into D. E.and Justin took my car in right away, he showed me they in fact did not change the filter. He ordered one to be delivered immediately and I was with new oil and filter in 30 mind. I will be back. Thanks Justin.

Have been doing business with Driver's Edge for at least 15 years. With the exception of one bad egg they hired, service has always been excellent. The manager at the Frisco store on Lebanon saved me twice this week.

I went here 2 weeks ago to have an emissions test done. I had to park my car and go inside because nobody came to inquire about my needs while in the car (most places help you this way) but no big deal although we are smack in the middle of Covid.

I went inside for help. The two white men at the counter were horrible. Not 1 of them made eye contact with me or said we will be with you shortly. I don't play the race card but I never felt so disrespected and overlooked like this at a car company. How sad. I'm a black female and I wore a mask.

This is my 3rd attempt going to this place for something basic. One time I needed an alignment and the mechanic was out until the next week.

That's the last straw. I drove up the street to Christian Brothers and they were great. I was greeted and seen as a person. And they took care of me immediately even though they had a busy day.

I wouldn't recommend this place.

I was down the street with a flat tire and they were not sympathetic at all in helping me get my car to their business. In a way, I’m glad because I wouldn’t want to give them my business anyways.

My family has been using this Drivers Edge for years, primarily for inspections but also for smashers maintenance items. The staff has always been professional and punctual. It’s a great “in and out” experience and many times service can be completed while you wait. They also don’t come up with “ghost repairs” that plague many shops.

They have serviced both of my cars for years. They’ve never tried to add things to increase my bill, they are quick with their communication and are always courteous and friendly.

Avoid them, they are cooks! I call to get a price on oil change and by the time I checked out they charged me $14 more because of the so-called shop charge! It took over 30 minutes to figure out how they can reset my screen.

Love this place! My van was having A/C issues and I originally took it to NTB. NTB had my van for 3 days and couldn't figure out the problem, so I took it to Driver's Edge instead. Driver's Edge had my van repaired within hours-before the promised time-and it works great. Thank you!

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Repairs were made in a reasonable amount of time. Explained the work and showed me under the hood what was done when I asked. They have my business from now on.

Extremely unhelpful. I took my car here for an estimate after an accident for insurance purposes and after 3 hours they told me they “weren’t sure” if anything was accident related. Our car had noticeable issues starting right after the accident but they won’t state that it was caused by the accident.

We have been here three times since the new manager took over and made some changes and improvements. We have been pleased with the service we received, and their quick response to questions and quick diagnosis of what was wrong with my mini van. The new manager knows what he is doing and is always willing to speak with customers to explain all your options.

Been going here for 5 years for most stuff. This time I went in to fix a broken splash shield. They said it was fixed and less than 24 hours later it broke. The splash shield drug under the car and caused more damage. Now I owe 600 more dollars than before to replace two pieces, instead of one. They won’t credit anything for messing up the first time, nor act like it’s even their fault. Loyalty at its finest.

This place has the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever encountered at an auto business. They take the time to explain exactly what they’re doing and answer all questions in a friendly and professional manner. Their staff goes the extra mile to show that they care. I seriously doubt that their level of customer service can be matched.

I come here regularly to get my Acura TL serviced. Staff is friendly and service is fast! There is nice waiting room with WiFi if you need to attend to your work while waiting. Coffee is served and free! Will keep coming!

Took my Porsche Cayenne in and was provided with excellent service, on par with the dealership and even better as the wait was minimal. Milton is our service provider and does a terrific job! He’s always kind and courteous as is the entire staff! Great job guys!
