Seamless process. Never had a car buying experience been more peaceful. IN NO WAY did we ever feel pressured. Not once When we arrived we walked around peacefully looking at vehicles. Fully expected to be approached by high pressure sales at any moment (as this has always been our experience at any other dealership.) Upon finding a vehicle we would like to test drive we walked in and were greeted with all smiles and genuinely friendly and helpful attitudes. After test driving and discussing options.
