Drop Zone Fitness, Missouri City TX

We informed our cancellation to Melissa and Tod 2 weeks prior to our move to another state. It's been more than a month since the day we moved and we are still being charged. We also said goodbye to them on the last day and they said they would take care of it. We have called several times, but always ended up in their voicemail. We have not received any callbacks from them and they don't answer emails. We had to call our bank about this.

Love this gym! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I trained with Marisa for almost a year and she was exactly what I needed to get started on my fitness journey. Super knowledgeable, sweet, and supportive! If you’re looking for a trainer I would 100% recommend her!

First time at this location. Sometime you never know what you’ll walk into at different locations. All the equipment worked great, staff are doing a great job maintaining it. Location was clean and organized. I enjoyed my work out!

Phenomenal gym! Very clean and tons of equipment to got your sole on. Have to wear mask because of covid but rules are rules. 10/10 will be back!

Love this gym and the staff! Everyone is super friendly and professional. He is awesome. The sessions are intense and such a great workout. Facility is always clean, and having 24/7 access is so convenient. I highly recommend this gym!

The pricing is very reasonable especially for a family plan. The equipment is very well taken care of and they have many stations to clean your equipment if needed. I love the boxing classes and the instructors that lead the classes are very wonderful people. The gym is very well organized and clean.

Speak softly but carry a big stick. Is what dropzone is. It is a small gym compared to your large franchise gyms such as la fitness. BUT the size doesn't matter when you have the RIGHT equipment. And that they do. Rarely is ever packed where you're waiting for a pice of equipment, in fact I can't say that I've ever had to wait or alter my workout because a piece of equipment I wanted to used was occupied. This gym is family owned and when you join they make you feel like part of the family. The staff and personal trainers are great, the facility is always clean. I can't say enough good things about this little hidden gym.

Spotless! Can't say it enough. It's clean, clean clean clean! The cleanest gym I've ever attended. Fun and professional staff. I feel very safe at this gym.

They have all you need. Staff and trainers are very positive, warm and friendly. Parking is very easy and convenient as they have members parking in the building. I highly recommend this gym.

This gym is extraordinary. I just joined but I am in love with the amenities and equipment. This is a gym you will like to come to work out.
