Great customer service experience and excellent product. Appreciated thorough product explanation from Andrew Todd, sales rep, and prompt professional installation. You will likely find a less expensive retractable awning if you shop around, but the durability and quality of less expensive options is not comparable. Drop Shades is highly recommended!

From the initial consultation all the way through installation these guys were top notch! Professional, kind, and respectful! I really loved the options I had and was able to find the perfect match for my home. I was going to be traveling and they really made an effort to squeeze me in, which I hugely appreciate. On the install day, the guys showed up and were in and out in a couple hours. They cleaned up every little thing after themselves and were just so nice. And holy cow, that shade makes a huge difference! I was blown away by how much it cut the heat and allowed me to enjoy my patio again! It’s such a great investment! The service and warranty are amazing and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a Dropshade. I promise you, if you go with these guys you will not regret it!

I had a motor drive added to my 21 foot long by 10 wide Dropshade. Angel and his crew showed up on time on a Friday morning (and that’s important) because I had 2 other appointments that day. They got out and started working together as a professional crew, finished the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Dropshades for any shading issues you may encounter.

Nestor and Efrain installed patio Drop Shades on my back patio today. They were extremely professional and courteous. They were very meticulous with every aspect of the installation. Jared with Drop Shade came out and gave us his recommendations for our very wide opening on our back patio. They sent out an electrician to install an outlet for electricity, and the shade was installed all within four weeks. We love our shade so far and it helps block out the sun so we can enjoy our patio. Everyone was great and showed up on time and communication was excellent. Highly recommend these guys!
