Everyone I worked with was professional and friendly. They took care of my body work and you can't even tell there was anything wrong. They took care of it in a timely manner. When my car was finished they had detailed the inside of it and washed the car on the outside. It looked like a new car. Needless to say I was very happy with moss Body Shop. They also took care of everything with the insurance company.

We have always used Moss but only for hail damage. In my humble opinion, their work is the best. My vehicles always come back as good as they were before the Ice storm or hail damage. I would recommend them to anyone. And something else the inside of my cars are always clean, just like they were when i bought them.

They did an awesome job fixing the dent on my truck, it looks better then when I bought it! They were very accommodating with my timeline of needing my truck back.

I have use Moss Body shop twice on the past but recently had a major wreck, filed a claim with insurance company and need to schedule appointment for an estimate. This complete JACKASS in the office wants to explain how my insurance company does business with him for 25 years and they don't do estimates and couldn't get my last name right. Well I'm glad you do represent State Farm because now I'm calling in Legal Representation at this point. You should let prospective customers finished talking instead of cutting off being rude and think you know all because the screenshot below clearly states estimate pending. YOU JACKASS!
