Dry Clean Super Center, Plano TX

I felt so welcomed coming into this store. Mita and the owner, Mike were so jolly and gave me great customer service throughout my visit. I’ll be definitely coming here for all of my cleanings.

I took a blouse in to get it altered. The gentleman was so, so help. He checked, rechecked and checked again to make sure I got the fit I was looking for. When I picked up the blouse and tried it on, it looked like it was tailor made for me. Excellent job! Excellent customer service! I will definitely be recommending this establishment for all dry cleaning services. What a great experience!

I was in town for a wedding and they were the only dry cleaners in the area with same day service. Quality of their work was very good and prices are much lower than what I usually pay in my city. I highly recommend them.

I brought my tuxedo jacket (wedding) in for alterations at this locations based upon the reviews I read online. The drop off of my jacket was nice, however when I received the item back the alterations were not up to par. The associate I spoke with was named Mita. I expressed my displeasure with the alterations and she became very defensive and aggressive. She also started pointing fingers and saying it was me who chose where to tailor the jacket, when in all actuality she pinned the sleeves at the place she thought would look best. On top of that she then told me that she would charge me again to pull the sleeves out even more. Her customer service was very obnoxious. I will not be returning to this location because of the alterations dissatisfaction and Mita’s behavior.

I had the absolute best experience with Dry Clean Super Center cleaning my wedding gown. The customer service was fantastic and very professional. The price was fair and competitive with other places I had looked into. They did an excellent work.

The cleaners I used for years closed due to COVID. I came here and could not be more satisfied. Even if the old one near my home reopened I would stay put. The best my clothes have looked. Thank you

Nice family owned dry cleaner! They did a wonderful job getting the stains out of my stuff! The only thing I didn't like was the lady at the desk wasn't wearing a mask, at all, either time I was there, while coming out to the car and I saw her meet with one person ahead of me also not wearing a mask, so I could see that it wasn't just me that she did this with, and I had my infant in the car. If she would have worn a mask I would give 5 stars. Maybe next time.

Been coming here for about 3 years. Great service and friendly staff. I recently left my ipod in a shirt pocket and they called me immediately to let me know they would hold onto it for me until I picked up my shirts. Could not be happier with them.

I took my Comforter here about a month ago. It not only came back dingy in color but the inside cotten collected into large balls in about 5 places. I have dry cleaned this comforter a dozen times elsewhere and it has never happened. I could have washed it in a huge machine and gotten better results! I should have known better than to patron this place. NEVER AGAIN! NOT EVEN FOR FREE

Been using this Dry Cleaner for 10+ years. The new management has really made some great changes. I thought they were good before but they have truly gotten great! I always look forward to seeing Mita's smiling face. =) Thank you so much for all that you do!

3 shirts torn at the same place near the cuffs. Every time they tear the shirt, they simply tell you that its we who tore it and they just noticed that before they started the dry cleaning. Started going to them since 3 years thinking it was cheap compared to others, but lost 3 good shirts worth 140-150$ in the past 2-3 months. Now i am wondering if those savings are even worth. The ladies and the owner never take any responsibility for the mistakes they make and they start blaming you.

Nikki and the team @ Dry Clean Super Center are the best! I travel into Dallas from out of state and leave clothes for extended periods of time. They are always gracious and remember me by name when I return to pick up. I would recommend their service to anyone! The Best!

I very much wanted to give this place high marks and full stars. Unlike many laundries that I have used, the quality of the product was good. The shirts were clean and pressed. No damage was done outside normal wear and tear. I know this sounds like a low bar to hit but many of the dry cleaners cannot even reach this level of competency. I do have a complaint regarding their pricing which changed between one visit and the next. On the first visit I was charged a premium for medium starch. On the second visit I chose to forgo medium starch and go with normal starch. They did charge me a premium for 2X size shirts. This was not charged the first visit. I don’t play games and I don’t like merchants that do.

I believe they need to make a fair living but this was not what I signed up for. I took my clothes and went somewhere else. Very sad because I was looking for a new vendor that would provide me consistent service at a fair price.

I am reluctantly giving four stars because as a dry cleaner they were competent. I do not feel comfortable but I also thought that three stars was too low owing to the fact that they do incompetent job of cleaning clothes

Tremendous customer service. They have been my dry cleaners for nearly a decade now and the new owners are extremely committed to their customers and their needs. Just as an example I had a spot on my shirt that they couldn't get out so they dry cleaned it two more times without me even asking. It was just one of those stains that took some extreme work to get out. You won't find a friendlier or more accommodating dry cleaners in the city of Plano from both the owners and the girls who work behind the counters.
They will continue to be my dry cleaners for years to come.

This is a very good place to get alterations and dry cleaning in one place. Both services are solid and the service is wonderful. I recently switched from another dry cleaner to this one and am very pleased with their work. This is a sure bet!

The place has had a new owner since December 2017. I have seen significant improvements in work quality and overall service and prices. They have had many upgrades since the new owner took over. New lower pricing and much faster drop in or drive thru. Overall, we are extremely satisfied.
