The worst dry cleaners ever. Don't waste your money. They told my fiancee they will be able to press our tablecloth. I get there and she said the wrinkles might not come out after press. The guy had my tablecloth on the floor. Waste of time first and last believe the reviews

Been one of the first customers from the very inception. Extremely attentive and courteous staff. Highly recommend!

New management, so make sure you check your cleaning before you leave the store. Didn’t get all my shirts and received part of someone else’s cleaning. Not good if their closed and your flying out the next morning.

No problems here- always nice, like bag drop option and drive-thru pickup. Customer service is great-I asked if I needed to mark spots on clothes prior to dropping off, nope, they do that and always come back clean. They ask one thing- in by 9 and they’ll be ready by 5.and even on fri/sat hours!

They broke one of my shirts, and the general manager (she told me her name was Sarah)
She said that I was a liar, that you can expect from a business if they have a manager like that without any education and rude, the tellers are nice and pleasant but more than once I have seen how that general manager speaks to them contemptuously

Don't waste your time with this drycleaner! I had signed up for their express drop off service. They couldn't find 14 of my husband's shirts when he went to pick them up in the drive thru. Then after he walked inside to see why not, they magically found them under an "unknown" name. Our name was written CLEARLY on the bag (that I dropped the clothes off in) that THEY GAVE ME for EXPRESS DROP OFF! They were the ones who wrote our name on the bag and handed the bag back to us upon pick-up. Thank goodness they found them, but they clearly cannot read or follow their own processes. Made no apologies whatsoever for the confusion. We will find another drycleaner that can keep better track of our clothes.

Awful, I got contact dermatitis from my shirts last time I went! I had been going to this dry cleaner for almost 2 year before this. They definitely change something, rash up & down both arms

Horrible. They completely ruined 3 of my husband's work shirts. There are holes in the arm of both shirts where it looks like they were caught in a machine. I told them about it and they did nothing. Never going back.

i have a better business bureau complaint #91330916 against them for ruining a silk shirt and suit jacket. Do not go here. They also broken buttons on my shirts (said it was me of course) and lost mine (they only admitted it when I showed them somone elses that came back in by load.

Never again. If they can't get my name correct after spelling it out. Unfortunately my wife did not have the receipt. I understand that it can be difficult to spell my name but if you can't get three letters right why would I trust them with my clothes. I even wear a name tag. Not to mention a phone number. Was told basically so sad to bad. Definitely a service I will not recommend. I deal with a lot of business professionals.

Poked a hole through the front of my blouse and refused to take responsibility for it. Awful customer service.

In by 9 out by 5. Got there at 915 and they wouldn't even take them with extra charge. And were rude. Way to lose a customer.

Very prompt to greet me and the clothes are nicely pressed. My card is always charged properly.

Been going there on and off for about 10 years. Facts to consider: it's locally owned and run by mostly high school kids or recent grads and the turn over is fairly high. They do a large volume of business which enables them to continue to be the cheapest in west Frisco. Going in the store to pick up is faster than the drive thru.
