Great customer service, the guy who works afternoons is superb. Prices are moderate, cleaning service is good, I really recommend their alterations though, John does great work, I’ve brought multiple suits to be tapered to a snug fit and he gets it right!

Worst Experience ever. These people literally loot money in broad daylight. Their prices are close to triple compared to the place I have been going to for over 7 years. This guys who attended me was rude in all possible angles. Not a happy camper to work there and that was vert apparent. He took all my items, rang them up and stated I must pay close to $45 for 8 items. 5 of them shirts which should not cost more than $8. I was unsure if I was willing to pay the price requested and kindly asked to view the receipt so I could see their price breakdown. He overcharged for the shirts.double the advertised rate.

The very rude attendee printed off the receipt and asked me what it was I needed to know. He refused to allow me to view the receipts myself. I asked for my items back as it was becoming an overly complicated process and I didn’t know why I couldn’t view receipts for their charges. He simply said “that’s what I was going to do anyway”. EXTREMELY RUDE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN. I will be sure to alert my groups (At least 500 people overall) about this horrible experience.

Best Cleaners in town, young but professional staff, been here for two years and they have not let me down! They also have a drive thru which is super convienent!

We relocated due to work and forgot we left our paid dry cleaning at this dry cleaners. Now, six plus months later; they call regarding numerous clothing items & even sent pictures of some of our clothes. We explained we no longer live in the area & said we would pay to ship our clothes here to us. Tony at this cleaners stated he/the owner doesn’t “feel comfortable” sending us OUR clothes!? !? ! Tony is extremely unprofessional and refuses to give our clothes. We have to file a police report since they are literally stealing our belongings. We would never recommend using this cleaners!

The family that runs this place is all about customer service! This has been my dry cleaner for a little over a year now and it is outstanding. I highly recommend it.

Terrible experience. I used this location 10+ times, a loyal pre-paying customer. On my first issue I voiced my concern I was told it was my fault? They were not willing to take responsibility, discount anything. I've been in sales, customer service and operations for 25+ years. They have the worst attitude I've seen in TX for service related industry. Stay clear from this company!

Terrible Experience. I have NEVER been treated so badly. When I arrived I asked how the process worked as I had not been to this cleaner before. He took my items, rang them up and stated I must prepay the $65. I was unsure if I was willing to pay the price requested and kindly asked to view the receipt so I could take something “off” if I felt it was an overcharge. Keep in mind I have been paying dry cleaning bills regularly for 5+ years.

If a zero review was an option, I’d choose that. Rude, expensive liars. Have me a quote on a special jacket.triples the price when I picked up. Buyer beware.

Just moved to Little Elm a month ago. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER! The customer service is terrible! Freedom Cleaners is just. 4 miles down the road and the couple that work there are very kind people and they charge less. When I questioned the cost of having 2 coats cleaned at Dry Clean Super Center.they charged a LOT MORE than Freedom. I told them it was ridiculously high and sounded like a rip off. The kid named “Tony” who works there threw a tantrum grabbed my clothes and opened my back door and threw the clothes back in the car and said “lose the attitude lady”. When I called back to get his name and told him I was going to write a review about their service he told me to go ahead that he didn’t care. Obviously-this kid must be a relative of the owner, because like he said he doesn’t care about BAD reviews, so he must not care about the business. I wish I had read the reviews prior to going there, because this tantrum throwing child must have some anger issues! Do yourself a favor DO NOT give them any business.go down the road to FREEDOM CLEANERS! They have impeccable service and their prices are significantly lower!

Before I post my review, I would like to point out to ignore any review older than 2 years. This business went through an ownership change in 2015. Also I would like to ask people to review the store based on the store itself, not bashing a kid employee because that's just immature, if you have a problem with an employee, take it up with the ownership, not use a review site to base your opinions.

Anyways, I have been a resident of Little Elm for the last decade, and I have been using this store for 8 of those 10 years. Prior to DCSC, I've used Melanie's and Freedom Cleaners.

Overall since the management change, my results for the service I receive and the clothes that are returned back to me are nothing but good. This place is great. Their prices are fair in my opinion, and the quality of their cleaning is also good. They're pretty good with stains, mine have been mostly ink and food since I'm a chef. I'm also a fan that they offer alterations in house and their tailor is very experienced and can have most of my garments back next day at no additional charge! Customer service is also one of my favorite features at DCSC. Both Ryan and Tony are very excellent and they know their customers. Fast service at both drop and pick up. The Drive-thru is also very handy.

I appreciate you guys every day and I look forward to another year with you. Thank you.

This cleaners is under management to an Asian family, despite their owners have a language barrier, their son who runs the store majority of the day is the person you want to handle if you have any needs.

Dry Cleaning: exceptional quality care, they are extremely versatile when it comes to stain removal. Of course there are stains that cannot come out, but surely they will not hesitate to try their best. They were able to get out plenty of ink and wine stains for my clothes.

Laundry: I wear my shirts heavy starched and they always come out well done. They even fold the sleeves and clip them so they won't get wrinkled. My only complaint is that some times they will bundle your order ticket into 8-10 shirts, but if you ask them to downsize and split the shirts into 5/5 shirts in each, they will accommodate you. Jeans, I also get heavy starched and they come out perfect. You can stand them up and they don't fall over.

Alterations: They used to send out their alterations and have it back over a course of 5 days, but they seem to have brought it in-house and can now provide alterations on demand (same day or next day, or longer depending on the order) I've lost weight over this year and I've needed to downsize my pants, waist wise and they have been very accommodating. Their tailor is usually on-site in the mornings until 12-1pm.

Customer Service: Typically I'm an afternoon customer so I only see one person in-store all the time and his name is Tony. He is the owner's son and he is very knowledgeable and he is very fast and efficient in his service. Very exceptional! He's a quiet one but he sure gets the job done. For instance, I walk in, and sometimes he already has my clothes out waiting for me like he saw me coming, I'd say once he's accustomed to you, he remembers you, he remembers your preferences, very attentive to detail. He makes you feel like a valued customer and I very much appreciate his customer care. 10/10 in my book.

I've only been a customer here for the last 6 months, but as far as my wife and I are concerned, this is our cleaners and we will continue to come here. Exceptional Quality Care, Excellent Customer Service.

Been going here for nearly two years. Load a week religiously. They have messed up my zippers before but never made a big deal out of it. My wife took my brand new pants that they've messed up the zipper and the guy at the counter insisted that the Zipper was forced open. It was still creased and unworn from the time we picked it up. They lost a weekly customer over $13. Good luck

Please don't take ur things there, they will take ur money and won't clean ur things. I took my things in there and they destroyed them. My things were just like I took them and even worst! They are not good, they r thiefs. Please be aware!

This place is great. I had originally planned to just use this place once but the service and quality of my clothes when they come back has kept me as a customer for over a year. My clothes always look great and the young man named Aron who works in the front is always so friendly and helpful. If you get your clothes to them before 9am you get them later that day, and they do alterations. They've recently come under new ownership, so I encourage everyone to give them a try now if you had a bad experience in the past.

Manager is a racist and rude to black people the man told me I want saturday special which is the same amount as the one in Ohio. 89 go to south Dallas never bringing ma clothes here I rather walk naked

My husband and I have been going here for years. When I picked up my last order, I had a romper in the group. It had shrunk so much that I couldn't wear it at all. I told manager. He didn't care and said the wasn't a "fabric specialist! " Really? He said if I would've bought my clothes at Neiman's then I wouldn't have this problem!

I took a brand new pair if slacks and when i git them back the inter seams was unrabbled, they xharged mt $309 to sew it back together when the problem was with tge cleaners, i also took two suits (new) worn obce and te interliner haf shrunk on both suites, i spoke to Tony and he told mebthat in was a flaw in the material. I dont recommend these cleaners to anyone. They are a sorry cleaners.

In my experience, this cleaners works hard and puts forth a lot of effort to accommodate the customer. Providing a service like dry cleaning isn't always easy and the results are never going to be perfect but in my experience with this particular cleaners is they try their best to get it right.
