Great shoe selection but I felt very uncomfortable while shopping. I was constantly being watched by the employees there.

Really nice variety of shoes. Nice handbags also. Some are overly priced. But, over all nice and clean and helpful staff. Nice drive for my first time at this location.

Awesome place to find shoes. They have a wide variety and they also usually have a big clearance section. You can also find socks and other small things. Definitely recommend coming here first if you are looking for shoes.

Greeted by friendly staff in Lewisville on Round Grove Road. Found shoes and ordered shoe that was online available with employees assistance. Shoes were delivered within time suggested and happily wearing tennis shoes amd boots.

The rudest employees ever. They follow you around making your shopping experience awkward and they don’t actually help you. Then when it was time for me to check out, one of the girls that was initially following me walked AWAY from the register so I had to wait in line behind someone. Not too bad except she came back for someone that was in behind me. Check your employees behavior because really? In the age of Covid y’all need to be happy y’all have customers.

Thousands of shoes to choose from. About 20% of the store is for men, and the rest is for women. Shoes, purses, socks and other accessories.
At the back of the store are all the clearance items.from 20 to 70% off of retail. It is never crowded and lots of room to try on shoes.
When you get on there mailing list, you will receive dollars off coupons, not just a percentage off.

This store is located in the vista ridge shopping center off Round Grove Road in Lewisville. The location is ideal and serves a lot of the nearby housing developments as well as many other shoppers from nearby neighborhoods and cities.

There is a wide selection of mostly recognizable brands for men, women as well as kids. They also have a clearance section with lots of great choices, especially for women. The men’s clearance section has thinned out over the last few months but I used to find some good deals over there.

The staff is very professional and helpful. They will discretely offer you assistance without you feeling like they’re up your nose like you feel in many shoe stores. That’s something I really like about this store.

While you shop, signup for their rewards program at checkout. It proves worthy when you start receiving several coupons in the mail as well as cash rewards.

I found the most amazing pair of yellow Converse on clearance and people have not stopped complementing them! There is no reason for them to be this cute, but we all need a bit of joy in this year and DSW Lewisville definitely delivered!

We were not bombarded by sales associates but there was one ready and willing to help when we decided on a shoe to try on. The gentleman was quick and friendly. The woman at the register signed us up for the rewards program which gave us money towards future purchases. In and out with new shoes in less than 20 minutes. We will be going back.

I don't love their prices, but I love their variety in shoes. They have really cute styles!
