This store has an enormous selection across many brand names. The clearance section is large too, with a big selection that is neatly organized. The store is laid out well so it is easy to find what you are looking for and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Clean store and friendly staff. I bought a comfy pair of tennis shoes here but I haven't been able to find another pair like it again. I will more than likely head back over there soon.

I’ve been shopping in this store for long time, specially this location and I have never feel the way I just felt. I was trying to buy some high heels for my daughter but when we where looking for them, one of the associates just spent her time looking at us and she had the audacity to take one of the high heels that I had put on the left side of the shelf and she put it in a different spot so when I turn to grab the sandal I Couldn’t find it cause she move it from the place I put it. She is a rude employee. Then when I was about to pay she was staring at me and my daughters. I’m never coming back to this location ever.

Ordered shoes online to be picked up at store. Two hours later I receive an email that my order has been cancelled. The coupon that I had applied is also not valid anymore. This is the second time this has happened to me. Horrible online customer service.

Service at this location leaves a little to be desired. But the location is easily accessible and relatively convenient.

Huge selection and most sizes available. Be careful when looking at shoes in the aisles that you don't fall over/trip on the metal benches! The carpet is dark and the benches blend into the surroundings. I got scrapped up, but was mostly embarrassed.

Very friendly and professional customer service. The store is well organized and has a good selection to choose from.

I like this clean and spacious shoe store. No one bothers you. Larger sizes are mostly online ordering but the variety is great!

DSW, always have a variety of high-quality selections of shoes. From sneakers, sandals, high-heels and boots.thumbs up for me.

I just left this store with my mom who is in a wheel chair. I just find it sad that the staff members did not offer to open the door so I can exit the store while wheeling my mom. They saw me struggling and the staff didn’t budge. The store is not disabled friendly and is very dirty.

Nice clean store. Pleasant and helpful employees.
Call ahead and make sure they are open. Some evenings they are having staffing issues and closing at 430. It took me 3 attempts before I got in.

I received an email to pick up my order and it clearly stated they were open until 6pm. I get there just after 5pm and there is a note saying they closed at 4: 30pm. Wasted my time and gas!

Great quality, and prices is what you would pay for that quality. Large selection, but not the greatest in kids sizes. I really like their clearance section, only because, it's so huge.

I love this store but mostly the customer service. They are very friendly. The lady that rang up my daughter and I also helped us pick out shoes for her homecoming dress. And also asked me to come back and show her pictures after. Highly recommend
