DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, Dallas TX

Horrible experience with 2 cashiers. Had just left the other location and had no issues with gift cards or coupons. However, at this one was told my gc Balance was 0 called to confirm and had receipt that wasn't true. TYRONE (cashier) was too rude and lazy to even check it. Also was told couldn't use my coupons there well went to the Park ln store and was treated with respect and what do you know? Coupons and gift cards worked and were accepted. I was treated poorly by 2 cashiers at Beltline story I didn't get name of cashier on fat end but she was a young, Caucasian woman. Both of these cashiers acted very uppity and rude, and need lessons on customer service. I will not visit this store again, and I'm making complaint to the manager.
