DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, Cedar Park TX

I was looking for a pair of loafers and was luckily assisted by Keely. She was so kind and helped me find the exact pair and I needed, was very polite, and made my day! Will be coming back.

Is it just me or does it feel like there are many shoes but little variety? Prices are still pretty reasonable… now days everything g is much higher than it’s worth and the store is clean and organized.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in my experience at this location. It was my first time shopping at DSW, and I needed shoes for work. I tried on about 10 pairs in store, purchased, and took them home. Decided ultimately they didn't work as they were too narrow at the front, so went back to refund or exchange. The store manager Jackie belongs NO WHERE near any sort of customer service role. She acted rude, entitled, and made many snarky comments about making a return. I had already selected new shoes to exchange or purchase, and she made a remark of "try them on before you go" but in a rude we-don't-like-returns manner. I informed her I did, and had, with my previous pair. Her attitude was something their general manager really needs to observe, because I will NEVER shop at a DSW again. Jackie does not belong in any customer facing role, and needs to check her attitude when someone is being nothing but polite and understanding of their return policy. Absolute Karen. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS, or be prepared to deal with terrible customer service from their "upper" management. That said, their regular employees were nothing but welcoming and helpful.

That's my first time there. I thought it was mostly women's shoes before I went. I was surprised and happy to see a ton of mens shoes! And I liked enough where I had to decide between a few pair. That's never happened to me that I can remember.

Lots of shoes in there but very limited on sizes. I was looking for a comfortable pair of black sandals and there were only 2 options among hundreds of shoes. Most were very high and not soft soles. I gave up and walk out pretty disappointed.

Love popping in to check out the ever updating clearance section. And love their selection.

Not the greatest place to find dressy shoes. I went next door to Nordstrom Rack and found what I needed for a wedding instead.

Went in for new casual shoes. They had a nice selection and was able to find what I was looking for.

Good place, and when I find items I want on clearance. It is always a good day. Mostly shop for yourself, find it yourself. But, there are staff to ask for help.

Store is kept clean as best as they can. Workers picking up after customers looks to be a chore. Some customers were just making a mess and walking away. Employees are super nice and very professional. Best shie store around.
