11The manager has a power trip and harrasses people who park infront of the store although its public parking, and nowhere is there signs that state "customer parking only" he's immature and shouldn't even be a manager
Young, immature, high af, and sitting on counter tops in cashier section little grown girl. Needs help with professionalism and customer service, did not want to tend to anyone's needs and if asked a question she acted as if she were on a verge to snap and would speak down to you as if you were one of her little ratchet friends. Not everyone is fit for a customer service job. Bless her little heart that I was having a great day!
I been here twice and I spent about oil ut 4-5 hundred bucks. A friend of mine told me after you spend a certain amount of money you get 25 dollars back. No one told me this the 2 times I was there I just paid and walked out. I wanna make this my main shoe store but the customer service needs to be a little more informative.
Horrible experience, took my son to get some shoes we had no help at all, no one greeted us or asked us if we needed help, the 2 workers were just in the front and when I finally approached for help I felt very uncomfortable, so disappointed
Great deal on some of the best Puma shoes I've ever had in my life everyone that was working there that day two sales people one lady manager all of them were very nice very professional, got a matching t-shirt as well, needless to say I'll be back.

This Place’s Staff is full of liars, they lie to customers about when a shoe is dropping and the next day they’re saying they sold out. Bad customer service! Will not be returning to this particular location
The employees were very helpful and funny! The store is clean neat and organized. I will be returning. Oh yea loved my shoes and outfit I purchased.
If I can give a -5 I would horrible experience, no customer service. Walked in no one greeted me or approached me to see if I needed any assistance. I been the the DTLR in Pleasant Grove and they gave better service. Every employee at this Garland location were on the the phone and talking to each other. You are better off going to the hood at least over there they acknowledge you and give you better customer service

I came to get two pairs of shoes, I asked for a size 9 & size 8 I got two size 8’s in men & I hadn’t realized till I had gotten home. I understand there is a no return policy because of all the mayhem but when the shoes are unworn & the mishap is not the customers fault there should be more done in order to help. I’m out $170 because of a mistake that wasn’t my fault. That’s $170 that could go towards bills or God knows what. Wouldn’t recommend just go to foot locker, finish line, champs. Literally anywhere else
