Overall, Dugas Family Dental staff were very courteous, kind and professional. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and skilled performing the dental cleaning. I am very satisfied with the service. Very military-family friendly. I would highly recommend this dental clinic.

I decided to bring my 7 year old son in with me for his cleanings and check ups and honestly I could not ask for better staff and a better dentist! I used to take my son to a pediatric office and he absolutely hated it. My son does so good here and it really comes down to how nice and warm the staff is. Everyone here is super friendly, professional, and they’re wonderful with all of their patients! They deliver excellent patient care! Also may I add, that there used to be an hygienist but I don’t think she’s there anymore. I can’t remember her name, but I would always tell her that I literally felt like I was coming out of a spa for my teeth lol. Anyway…love it here! Thank you guys!

Love this place! 1st time here today, I was very impressed. The business was clean, the staff were very nice, polite and professional. My dentist was great! He listened to me, gave me a game plan, was very nice, understanding and professional. Best dental office by far! Thank ya'll for a wonderful experience

I was a patient of Dr Gomez while I lived in the area, and he's probably the best dentist I've ever had. He has an easy to understand, matter-of-fact problem solving approach and way of explaining things. I have a lot of anxiety around dental work and a high sensitivity to tooth-related pain, and I always felt listened to and taken seriously and never felt shamed. They had reasonable wait times for appointments, and I don't have any complaints about the rest of the staff either. Many thanks to Dugas Family Dental for helping me out.

Lovedddd this place the receptionist Jackie was the sweetest and so so helpful with helping me figure out my insurance. The Dr Gomez I believe was so amazing and informative as well as his assistants thank you all so much for helping me get my smile back!

Best dental experience I’ve ever had, had a whole mouth deep cleaning and was expecting to be hurting and It never happened I had a little discomfort but nothing to complain about my previous cleaning I was in so much pain it took me a while to eat solid food, highly recommend

Brought my son for a consult on wisdom teeth. Dr Jaime Gomez found a cavity while examining him… it was supposedly filled about a month sgo by another Dentist on Marbach. Ugh. That Dentist charged $200 for what?
Only had $60 co pay here. Very nice staff n Dr.
Facility is totally modern n ez accessibility

Phenomenal! Very welcoming professional, and personable staff. Explain all procedures in detail, and go out of their way to ensure your comfortable. I recommend for all people. Those with anxiety will love their atmosphere. Very fair in pricing too.

I made an appointment, and I shared my insurance info over the phone, but I heard my insurance does not cover the exam and treatment when I showed up! They should have informed me before I come in there! I wasted my time in the morning!

Im giving this place 5 stars, this place is truly legit than any other dentist I have been to:). They really took care of my bad tooth and the infection that was causing me tremendous day and night pain. For my x-ray/exams it was only $25 and for my one extraction it was only $277.90 without insurance. It was all worth it and I am feeling better than before. I’m choosing them as my dentist. The prices are way better here especially if you have no insurance and they do work with you when it comes to tending to your teeth and scheduling appointments. They are very nice and very professional and very awesome at explaining prices and plans that can help you out more. They truly care for their patients:). I honestly really recommend this place as your trusted dentist.

I have really bad anxiety and VERY sensitive teeth. Dr. Almaguer always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable and his chairside manner always makes my anxiety drop. I would recommend anyone that hates the dentist to see this office, I can't imagine going anyplace else!

Explained all the procedures well before and during.very welcoming, was seen quickly, took valid precautions due to covid. All around great experience as it was my first root canal.

Average. Not horrible but they are always behind and then tell you your straight then always sending bills for more money. Got tired of having to pay every time i showed up for something they supposedly forgot to bill last time.
