Dugg Burger - Preston Hollow Village, Dallas TX

I moved to Oklahoma 3 years ago and one of the things I miss most about Texas is Dugg Burger! The burgers were always amazing and the shakes were top tier. I love that the top bun is scooped out to allow for the toppings to stay in place. The Dugg Sauce makes my mouth water. I need to visit Texas, specially Dugg Burger, more often!

Also. If you ever considered opening a location in OKC, I know tons of people who would love Dugg Burger as much as my husband and I.

Some of the best burgers in Dallas! Went in this past weekend, called ahead to see if they would still be able to serve us and the gentleman was so professional and friendly.

Small menu, but a good burger. Their twist seems to be letting you select what toppings go on the burger while watching them add them. Kind of like a deli sandwich in that regard.

My family recently ordered pick up from Dugg Burger and it immediately jumped towards the top of our "best burgers" list. Casual atmosphere, good food, friendly staff.
The burgers are cooked to perfection and they remove the inner breading from the top bun. I prefer this as it prevents the burgers from getting soggy and it allows for more toppings!
They also offer meat alternatives for vegans and vegetarians.
I highly recommend.

Never heard of this place until I logged in to order Uber eats. The free bread pudding made from the DugOut parts of the buns was too enticing not to give it a try. I ordered an extra patty for my dog. It came in its own container and they wrote, ” Good Boy” on it.the toppings are stuffed into the part of the bun that they dig out. I found that makes it so much easier to eat. Unlike other burgers that slide apart when you’re trying to eat them this stayed together nicely. Great flavor. Free toppings. Fries were delicious. Generous portions. I will be eating Dugg Burger again while I’m in Texas. I wish I would’ve taken better pictures but I was hungry and in a hurry. Thanks guys!

Sometimes the best thing to do to be great is less, and this place really embodies that. It’s the first place ate after touching down in Dallas and I was not disappointed. Burgers seasoned well. Generous with the toppings. Everything tastes fresh. Sweet potato fries were amazing. And super affordable!

Nice modern scenery. The food was amazing. They made it quick, also the service was amazing.

Didn’t even know they had sweet potato fries because the ordering site didn’t offer. Chose burger/beef but rang up as a chicken sandwich with beef offered. They fixed a chicken sandwich instead of a burger. They offered to fix it but I had already waited and was on lunch. Slice was where I ordered. It was the first option that came up.

Got my over priced burger delivered to my apartment.opened up the bag unwrapped the burger and it was just bun, lettuce, bacon, and cheese.no meat at all totally missing the burger, so I call and talk to the manager and he tells me that the only way to fix it is if I get into my own car, use my gas and bring the food back and get the burger remade. I would NEEEEVER EVEEEEEEERRRRRRRR EAT ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Awesome burger spot! The staff here is super nice, the owner is helpful and very friendly. They have some of the best burgers in Dallas, make sure to get the dugg sauce as well.

I ordered the portabello mushroom burger, sweet potato fries and bread pudding. The food was great but the customer service was exceptional. The cook made sure our trays were cleared, we had napkins and gave us extra sauce with the bread pudding.
I would highly recommend this place

Ordered online, I bit into a dry burger, please have attention to detail when making a burger… the fries are good though, I was craving a burger and I was told this place is good, it just feels like my heart got broken … really wanted a good burger

Best burger I've had in a very long time, the Sweet potato fries were also amazing. Their ranch dressing was incredible. Definitely going back soon. Highly recommend it, if you're looking for a great tasting gourmet burger. Also, Zay was incredibly helpful, being it was my first time there, he took the time to explain the whole ordering process and checked up on me several times while I was there to make sure everything was okay.

Dugg Burger is Amazing. I used them for the first time today for an order with a customer and everything was great. The food was on time. The food tasted great. It was set up very professionally. And our delivery person Christopher made sure everything was done right and perfectly. I’m very happy with this experience, and Christopher is the man!
