My first encounter, at the front desk was very pleasant after which I was referred to Amanda Bates who was given the responsibility of answering my questions about insurance on my vehicle. She filled out all the paper work with answers I gave her pertaining to the questions. Her attention to details made it appear this is how she routinely handled such matters every time.
