6Our air conditioner went out and they were so prompt at getting a technician here within 2 hours of our calling them. We had to get a new unit and they kept us informed about shipping and when it got here they installed it the next morning. We have used Duncan for 30 years and they are a great group of folks.
Duncan Heating and Air has been a true lifesaver for us amidst the scorching heat wave in West Texas. Their prices were incredibly reasonable, and their communication was top-notch. They swiftly addressed the necessary repairs without pushing any unnecessary add-ons on us. Their focus was solely on fixing what needed to be fixed, and they did so efficiently.
