Dunkin', San Antonio TX

My friends and I have been going once a week for coffee and donuts only in the evening. The crew at night in the last months since they opened up the lobby are extremely rude curt and disrespectful to us. Not sure why. We are talking about going somewhere else. A lot of people have left because of this night crew.

Worst Place employee's say they are 24/7. Hardly any donuts for sale shelves were empty. They didn't have any food on their menu for sale and whatever donuts what for sale they were hard has a rock and old nothing fresh. Employees are always rude slamming donuts in the container box and walk up and leave, you don't even know where the employee went. Also the price are way to high these donuts. Save your money and boycott this place.

Don't forget the cinnamon, not too sanitary keeping it in the restroom, maybe some classes for employees on sanitary codes.

The lady helping us was rude. She was not willing to answer questions complain for us being there. Was rushing us to order. Very very disappointing experience. We have never gone through that ever. I can remember her if u ask me.

They had a few donuts in stock. I love the donuts and the coffee, but no variety of donuts.
They only had drive thru

Visit here at least once a day and look forward to my yummy coffee. For the most part everyone that works here is sweet. Ive had one bad experience but was not enough to make me stay away. They are always open and ready to serve.

It was closed. I drove about 12 miles there while my husband was in the ER, and they wouldn't let me go with him because of freakin Covid! Anyway, it was supposed to be open 24hrs and when I arrived the guy said that the register reset itself and was down. I asked how long it would be, and he said 45 minutes! I was so upset. It was cold and raining and I just wanted hot chocolate and some donuts. The worker was so smug and just plain rude about the whole thing.

The morning crew is fast kind and respectful to your product as well as considerate to your care. The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming. This is the Dunkin to go to

Our closest dunkin. We got the peppermint mocha. Tasted like coffe'black'. Only sweetness to it was the whip cream.

2 Horrible Original powdered doughnut was hard as a rock not even my dog would eat it and The Caramell frappe coffee has no caramel flavor and was all water down never again will I go to this location it’s so close to where I live and used to be good needs new Management

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, however sometimes they are warranted, such as the case here. The guy who made my coffee today was sweating profusely and had bandages wrapped around his hand and wrist, with blood visibly seeping through. Based on my observations, he appears to be an avid heroin user. Needless to say, I got a refund for my coffee and went elsewhere. This is completely unacceptable for an establishment in the food industry. #NoHepCForMe

They need something to make this service more efficient. Waiting in a drive-thru line for 20+ minutes is ridiculous. The construction literally has nothing to do with their extremely slow drive-thru service

Ok.how hard is it to fill an order for 3 DONUTS.and Lola is not listening.we wanted to use our t-mobile app. We told her.and she still got it wrong.and didn't offer to correct it.

The construction outside is no one's fault and this is by far one of the best looking Dunkin's interior wise but you literally have to double check everything because it's so chaotic behind the counter that the wrong orders were given to the wrong ppl every other customer so bags and cups were being exchanged back and forth constantly.

There oven has been down a lot lately. It’s frustrating when you order online and they can’t give you your money back or even offer a different item for them same price. It’s just a big No! So don’t expect hot food every time.

Very old and hard like a rock, very disappointed. Dont bother getting chocolate frosted donut, they dont care how many days it's been seating.
