Dunkin', El Paso TX

Their sourdough breakfast sandwich.the bread was slapped on there. Hmmmm.not toasted, called back a few times.no answer. I will stop by again to speak with a manager. Someday! Lol.

They took my order really good, really good service! There was these young man who was really nice to take my order this morning, I didn't ask for his name but hope he has a great day!

Best time to buy is early morning, I arrived shortly after 11am and selection was down to 4 types of donuts.

I visit frequently and have never had an issue. I often go in the mornings and pick up through drive thru.

It’s the third time time I been to this location at 2 pm and there are no donuts. When there are donuts there’s like 2-3 flavors and they aren’t fresh. I thought this was a dunkin DONUTS.

Dirty. The 2 young boys doing nothing but standing there talking. I got my donuts and was waiting on my iced coffee. He looked at my blankly after I stood there for over 5 mins waiting on them to finish their conversation to ask me can I help you? Well yeah I want my coffee. Rude little boy! He gives me attitude like I interrupted them. Never come here! It was filthy too. So you know management is no good.

On this particular day I went to the one on Mesa on the west side since I was near their they could not help since they were limited on donuts so went to Montana and got what I wanted.

I love Dunkin’ doughnuts the only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because every time I go in the evening there’s never doughnuts left. Not sure if they only make them in the morning, but should definitely have more for the evening/ night

They have the cure for Dragonass Syndrome. 3 turbo shots and pure black coffee and WEEEEEEEEEE!

Much better service than before! My Iced Matcha Latte was horrible! Why do they think they can toss everything into the cup and stir it with a spoon? !

Service was a little slow. They could have used another employee on another register on the inside. The place could have been a bit bigger for as busy as they where would when I was there. Place was packed. Not a place to go in and eat inside because it is very small. The drive-thru was packed. The donut selection was very limited. The doughnuts were not too bad though but they didn't have what I wanted except for the glazed.

I waited in the front counter 10 minutes before. Layden said Hi to me they were too busy running. The drive-through there was 4 employees working all of them were attending drive-through only and not bothered by taking care of the customer in the lobby your. Donuts were not as fresh as they're supposed to be. I know you probably bacon somewhere else. That's a terrible concept the way to do donuts service was lousy teacher employees to greet their customer.

Yet again, Dunkin Donuts has failed to "Get My Day Started". I've stopped getting their coffee because a few times I was given regular coffee instead of Americanos and a few times my Americano was made incorrectly and one time drove off with no Amerricano because they had NO lids for thier cups. Today (6: 45 am) Dunkin failed me because the Old Fashioned Donuts were not ready. See what happens tomorrow.

I'm not sure what's up with DD, but my last three attempts to order breakfast there have gotten canceled after making me wait. I wasted over an hour waiting for delivery yesterday before it got canceled. Today it got canceled after about 20 minutes.

Despite friendly service I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich. I understand that it's noon and the sandwiches might be from this morning. The outside of the sandwich was extremely toasty almost burnt and I bit into a yoke popsicle because the egg was extremely cold. I attempted to call to let them know that their methods of reheating the sandwich all the way through are not working. However when I called someone answered the phone and hung up and when I called back nobody answered. I had just been at that location and saw that they were not slammed with the customers so I'm a bit disappointed in the experience I had today. I understand that mistakes happen but the fact that I couldn't talk to anybody about what they could do better literally left a bad taste in my mouth and I probably won't be back.
