Dunkin', College Station TX

It was 6am when I picked up my mobile order, but the person at the window just did not seem happy and possibly did not speak up to let me know she gave me my whole order. Also, they did not offer napkins or give me any. No other customers around at the time either.
I ordered several breakfast sandwiches and they got smooshed in the bag they were in. Perhaps they could have put them in a donut box. Would help with presentation too but they tasted good.

Very poorly trained employees lately. Each time I go, I order the same few things, but they’re made differently each time. Also extremely slow order taking and several unprofessional people working.

They always have the worst attitudes, like there so stressed, they all look like they just woke up and are overworked. Everything starts from the top. Maybe they have horrible management.

Gave this place two tries for coffee. First one ordered Matcha latte and it was disgusting. I thought maybe something wrong and need to try again, because it was impossible to swallow. So bad. Second time got signature latte with caramel. On my. This is was surprised the cup they served and the taste was not better at all. It’s just nasty coffee in my opinion. I will not be back for drinks for sure. Just so disappointing.

Dutch Bros just gained a customer! You would think with Dutch bros popping up all over CS Dunkin employees would do better. After driving across town, though construction, employee has door locked while visibly on cell phone! No note on door and clearly not busy, Hope management is aware they’re locking door during normal business hours, losing money & customers

Gave them a second chance. It is easier and cheaper to go to a gas station if you want a donut. Food tastes like cardboard and sugar. Notice the name no longer has donuts. They call in Dunkin'. Gross and won't be going back

I love Dunkin but this location didn’t meet expectation. They didn’t put two things we ordered in the bag and they came to the window twice asking how they can help us when we stated we were still waiting for our coffees. We felt rushed so we left without checking the bag if our food order was all in there. Once we got home we noticed it wasn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this service!

It’s not worth it to go here, you will get the wrong donut 80% of the time and burnt food. Most the time the coffee is correct but that’s about 60% of the time.

I had ordered dunkin and had it door dashed to me. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese a dozen donuts and an iced coffee. I didnt receive any plain cream cheese on my bagel, instead i got veggie cream cheese, and im allergic to onions which was in the cream cheese, so i couldnt eat it. I essentially had a toasted bread. I also got a medium iced coffee which wasnt filled all the way. After the morning i had i was so ready to eat and have an amazing coffee, as i am a huge dunkin person (get it almost every day where I live) but this dunkin was horrible. And i don’t recommend!

This place is only worth going to between 4-8pm honestly. The food and drinks are good & what I expect from a dunkin, but I feel like the staff isn’t really trained to handle the rush of a college town in the early afternoon. I sat in line for over 35mins today (either about 7 cars in line) and honestly i’ve never seen a line move so slow. Literally 1 car taken care of every 5-10min… Hire more staff and don’t overwork the people you have! It’s likely contributing to some of these reviews.

Awful! This is the second time I have been to this location and let me tell you it will be the last. The manager was constantly yelling at the other employees despite them trying to help. My order was wrong and when asked if I could have cream (that I ordered but didn’t get) I was blatantly disrespected and immediately at fault. All the food we got was burnt and inedible. Never again will I waste my money at a place that has no care for their service or product. My profile picture says choose happy and maybe just maybe will they see that and learn because today they chose violence.

Placed a mobile order and was told to pull to the second window just to be ignored for 10 minutes. After watching two other customers get served I pulled around again to the first window and demanded to be served. Only to be given a watered down coffee that had clearly been sitting on the counter the whole time.

Normally love the Dunkin’ Donuts franchise but this was so bad where do I begin. The place was dirty, the donuts were old and not made correctly. They didn’t have a good selection, like most Dunkin’ shops. We ordered chocolate milks, and they served them in a cup that wasn’t Dunkin’ doughnut franchise, and it tasted like powdered milk. The staff was extremely rude, and got our doughnuts without wearing gloves. I would never recommend anyone to go to this Dunkin’ location in College Station, TX.

They don’t greet you when you walk in, just stare. Even if you greet them. Not friendly or kind. They get your order wrong half the time. It’s not the food or coffee, it’s definitely the employees.

I love dunking, but apparently not all locations do as good of a job. This location didn’t even have the correct cops for the coffee. Management definitely needs another job.

I was picking up an order of just donuts and a matcha drink but took almost 30 minutes for the workers to give me the order that was made online prior to getting there. Not only that but wasn't acknowledged at all when I walked in or was by the register for almost 10 minutes, which is ridiculous because the worker was right behind the counter. Also the person behind the counter was super rude and had a major attitude.

Terrible service.terrible food. Terrible terrible terrible. Every time i order anything from this branch it is burnt.and not just crispy, actually not edible. So burnt you can't even bite into it. So disgusted with the service, all of it. Terrible.

I came to this location 2 different times this week & today, & each time something was incorrect, but today in particular was by far the WORST! & that being said I will NOT be returning, due to the fact of the lack of customer service skills the crew is lacking. The lady who took our order had an attitude & seemed bothered when I began to order. I ordered a sandwich which was cold & two drinks. One mango smoothie In which was not cold at all and super thick and foamy, and a caramel frappe which had watery whipped cream that wasn’t even more than a squirt. I had to come all the way back for a refund & when we got there the lady in which I believe was the manager was SUPER rude and had an attitude as well. To the point I didn’t even want my swap drink because I felt she would spit in my drink. I really don’t know what kind of establishment this is I just know I definitely will not be returning!

Today, I ordered a sandwich from this location and I was handed a charred brick. I politely asked for them to make me one that wasn’t burned. They then come back and give me a sandwich that was cold to the touch. I don’t know it was out of spite or the person manning the oven was high, or both, either way they need to step up their game. The one bonus star for one of the employees being kind.
