I feel very upset. I got the large cappuccino and half a dozen of donuts and the cappuccino is more like a small size with tons of foam and the donuts were just tossed in the bag.

Management here must've changed or something, used to be a great place to go now I try and avoid it. Rarely get my order right, employees always sound like they're mad or tired of you.

This location houses a Dunkin and a Baskin Robbins. Lots of donuts and coffee flavors to choose from and 31 flavors of ice cream with non dairy options also.

This Dunkin’ is clearly a franchised location and the owners are super cheap and stingy with everything. Not up to regular Dunkin Donuts standards. Employees are never kind nor servicial here, yet they have the audacity to have a tip jar at the drive thru. I come here every so often for breakfast but after today’s experience I won’t be back. I ordered multiple items at the drive thru and the employee must’ve misheard a part of my order even after I repeated it over twice. I didn’t notice her mistake until I got home. When I called to have the single incorrect item refunded, “Ali” told me that wasn’t an option, that it was my responsibility to check the receipt and food. It’s annoying that I’ll now have to e-mail or call Customer Service for something that could’ve been corrected way easier. Luckily a new location is being built on 99 and Clay and will hopefully have different owners.

The cashier was incredibly rude, they didn't give me everything I paid for, and the iced coffee was so sweet it was unbearable.

This place has great frozen coffee! Perfect consistency and flavor. Fast service.better than tim horton, starbucks and scooters.

I usually come here in the late afternoon. This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts. Luis is always so helpful along with the rest of his staff. They are extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. They also always get my orders right

I am a regular here on fry rd and morton rd. I love the staff every morning I come which is around 6: 15am.
Now today there was a new cashier, unfamiliar face. Whom was very rude. While I was ordering my order on drive thru, she was rushing me that I could not finish my order. So at the window, I asked for the last item and she snatched the bag. I’m not sure if they were short staffed or behind but it’s no reason to treat your customers like that. Especially your regulars.

Best tasting lattes and cappuccinos! Even though they've gotten my drink incorrect a couple of times, management is always happy to replace.

The manager here likes hanging up on customers, multiple times and with no regard for professionalism or hospitality. I called to ask a question about my birthday reward and kept getting hung up on by him. Please just take your money and energy to the Dunkin anywhere else.

The girl at the front was not listening. My coffee was supposed to be caramel and she put none in there. Everyone was kind of just standing around. Will never be back don’t waste your time.

Worst experience ever the manager was digging his nose and then proceeded to serve me doughnuts man his name was ALAM ……. ATTENTION

This spot messes up my drink every time. I looked through the window one day to see them making my drink and they don't even give full pumps for the syrup that we pay for. Just shallow taps and barely anything came out. I reported it to the corporate they promised a refund due to poor service and poorly made drinks and I never got the refund. I wish there was a Starbucks closer because this spot is definitely not worth the money. AND THE DONUTS ARE NASTY.

I went through the drive through this morning for a refill on coffee and was refused service. I walked in and took a picture of the sign that clearly says, " For refills the cup must be washed or else we will refuse service. " My cup was cleaned out and the manager said they were talking about the cups they sale, but did the sign say anything of that nature? No it didn't. I was refused service, so now my money is not good enough for Dunkin, I see.

Worst coffee place ever. No matter how many times you repeat the order, they will get it wrong every single time. They will repeat the order at the drive thru but at the checkout they will give you wrong order. Like how? They need to better train their employees. One time is a mistake not every single time. I always have to come back again to get my order right. The only reason I still come to this location is because it’s close to my house. I have been coming here for 7 years now. Please take care of your loyal customers.

The WORST Dunkin Donuts in South East Texas. They are NEVER stocked. The staff is polite, but not helpful. Go to Shipley's up the road (on Clay Rd.and N. Fry Rd.).

Dragon fruit refresher. It was aight. But overpriced. Greeter should greet you when you arrive not wait until I say hello. However, the place is good.

My family and I love DDBR. I wanted to mention that Chris M is a wonderful employee at this location. He has served us many time and he is one of the kindest employees working here with excellent customer service. He always gets the order right and listens to his customers

I was in basket robin. They are in the same building and share the dining area. But dude. It is super clean and friendly place. They also have outdoor area. Very nice.

Not for me, or maybe the sandwich that I selected wasn't for me. Even though the drive-thru service was okay and the line wasn't long, the food was bland, in my opinion. It was recommended by a family member, but I just couldn't get the food to tickling my taste buds.
