Dunkin', Euless TX

The donuts are always amazing and my iced coffee as well! I met a sweet young lady named Kayla that was very polite and helpful.

The customer service here is hit and miss. There are a couple of really nice older ladies, who are always very helpful and welcoming. However, the younger girls have horrible attitudes and won't even look your way or offer assistance. I've observed this on a few occasions. Today I witnessed one of the younger girls snapping at the lady working drive thru. Management should consider customer service training for staff.

This was my first time here. I got the omelet bite, and I didn't like it. For the amount I got and the price I paid wasn't worth it.

I visited the Euless Dunkin Donuts on South Industrial the other day. I had a medium coffee, one cream 3 sugars, and 4 donuts: 2 heart-shaped vanilla cream, and 2 frosted double-chocolate. The vanilla cream were quite good, the double chocolate, great! Just like a chocolate cake. Coffee, very good, and much better than Starbucks. The attendant was friendly, though I was concerned he wasn't wearing gloves. Thankfully, he used a waxed plastic slip to access my donuts and bag them. Another attendant wasn't sure whether or not there were free coffee refills, but coffee is quite expensive, especially today. It seems to be a decent location and the staff friendly, in spite of the other reviews (I can only go by my experience), but maybe some better communication between management and employees would help. Shipley's is the best place for donuts, imo, but they close at 5 pm. Dunkin is a decent place for donuts and coffee.

Asked for an English muffin BEC and an everything bagel with cream cheese on the side. I received a bagel BEC and an everything bagel with no cream cheese at all. I would have accepted it if it was even on the bagel but to not give me any cream cheese at all is just careless, no one just wants to eat bread by its self. They clearly made plenty of mistakes in my order just shows the lack of paying attention to the order on the screen. Pathetic that everytime I order from this location they mess something up or forget something, last time I ordered a donut and didn’t receive it at all. I only give you two stars cause the only thing you can get correct is my coffee.

This place is hit or miss. Here on a Saturday morning at 845am.
Door was locked and forced to use the drive thru.
Some would say this is nit-picky, but I like to SEE the selection before I order.

Very poor service. Ordered three times from this store and I got wrong latte and food all the time. Very unhygienic store I saw cleaning spray sitting next to order pick up food. Very dangerous.

Waiting for more than 10 min, for bacon, egg and cheese croissant.horrible service, the staff are arguing with each other infront of customers. Needs a new Manager in charger to teach them costumer mannerism.line's are backed up.everyone stressing each other out, bad work environment.

Today I received a old apple juice, it was brown! I called to tell the manager Kayla she just said they just changed out the drinks today. I got no apology & was told to drive up there and get a new one. When I said ok bye she just hung up. Eww very gross and unprofessional!

This place is dysfunctional. A manager type belittling the other staff. No one seems to know what’s going on? Too many people behind the counter which seems to be over staffed. I’ll pass. I’m not a Dunkin’ person and this helped me not want to be.

Long wait time. Employee quit during morning rush. I definitely think the lady in charge was the reason. Smh treat your employees right you would not have this problem.

I visit this dunkin’ donuts location often as it is close to my house. I never had any issues with it until today. Upon receiving my coffee order, I noticed there was a long strand of hair inside of my drink. I was grossed out to see it. I asked the manager if I could have a remake of my drink and before I could finish my sentence, the manager was very rude & interrupted me. He repeatedly said no before I had the chance to explain to him about the issue with my drink. When I did get to finally address the hair in my coffee, manager looked annoyed & stated that it was my own hair that was in the coffee. Manager did not apologize to me or seem sympathetic. He was rude and was accusing of his customers. I suggest others to not buy from here.

Just left. There was one person in front of me, and one behind me. I mobile ordered so i had already paid. Waited for about 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged, even though I was in the drive-through. Once they had accepted my mobile order, I waited in line for another 10 to 15 minutes even though there was literally only one person in front of me. Once arriving at the window, they had a different order and tried to charge me. Never going back.

Updated. Just started drinking it and found out there was a bug in it. Literally didnt open the drink yet and its in there

It was the first time that I ventured in there although they've been here for a few years now. We had a nice after dinner goodie. I had the very berry strawberry ice cream cone while my date had the classic rocky road. Yummy

I mean you can buy Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins ice cream in the same store. I can't think of any reason to be mad about that. That was a great idea.

All I can say is don’t come on Sundays especially if you’re in a rush. They are veryyyyyyy slow on this day. I’ve been in like now 15min.

The customer service and the quality of the products are awesome. As we are vegetarian so we asked for eggless icecreams and sandwiches. Although there were many options for icecreams, but only 3 options for sandwiches, as eggless. However, the icecreams were delicious and the sandwiches were good as well. Thank you!

Extremely rude customer service. Doesn't matter the time of day you go. Backed out the drive thru instead of dealing with their rudeness.

Line inside and out with 2 employees in the store that cant handle both, they were helping the drive thru and not the people inside, dont open the store if you cant handle both, no managers to be found in control either

Stopped by to get a coffee. The coffee tastes like water. It looks like they don’t add coffee. Just water and milk! Quality 0
