Dunkin', San Antonio TX

(Update: 10-17-2030) I stopped by at 5: 15 this morning and no one was there! Even though the app and posted hours indicated they're open. It was in fact closed. I guess they're opening whenever they feel like.

I go here in the mornings before work. Even at the crack of dawn, the employees are friendly and they always get my order out quickly. My coffee always tastes great

I Just started a morning shift and last week was my first week going to that location, (I'm driving from Alamo Ranch area all the way to stones oak) so Monday I waited 15 min at the window for just a large ice coffee, no sorry for the wait just $7.35 sir and then here, then Tuesday again, but this time I went inside and the lady in front of me was already upset because they had no muffins, I waiting about 15 minutes again, but I still gave you all the benefit of the doubt then today, I go to redeem my points for my free coffee and when he scanned my phone my points disappeared then he tells me $7.35 and when I told him about it he said he didn't see any free coffee and was rude about, this is the first time I have not gotten my free ice coffee and of course it would be at this location. Horrible service all around, ill just wake up early and go to my location instead. If your employees don't want to work then maybe they should look for an easier job or better shift.

Best coffee, the croissants are delish, they did forget an order for a coworker and I did call to complain about it but no one ever got back with me, I felt so bad that he didn't get his order

We went to Dunkin Donuts Saturday Sept 2nd at 6: 45 pm and a was stopped at the door and was told they were pre-closing and we couldn't come in. I said they are open till 7 pm and I was told again they were pre-closing and we couldn't come in. Myself and the church group I was wanting to buy donuts for all agreed to BAN this company.

This place always has something out of stock when i go but the customer service is great. Coffee is good. Food could be better.

I was hoping this would be a good pit stop for me on my way to work to grab a pick me up.great location but awful customer service & so slow paced. I never see any cars in the drive thru but when I go nobody takes my order while my car waits at the drive thru so I drive up to the drive thru window, I call the store & they don’t even answer the phone. Absurd & sad customer service isn’t around any more, this DD won’t last. Another time I went asking them to make me a flat white & they looked at me in confusion not knowing what it was, mind you it’s on their menu. They eventually took 10 minutes just to make the drink after having to contact the other DD managers/store locations & charged me for a mediocre flat white. Waste of time & money. Whoever runs this should be fired & could use some direction!

Lillian the manager is so sweet and respectful. Manuel and Harley were very nice and looked to be working hard. The restaurant was very clean, not like other stores. Ordered a big order and didn't wait long. Drinks were amazing

The manager here is badass, sometimes in there by herself and still handles it with grace! She needs a raise, that’s forsure.

It has got to the point in San Antonio when you go to a dunkin that you are more surprised when they actually are not out of anything. Don't expect call backs, the franchisee doesn't seem to care. However, I highly recommend the location on 35 and Cibolo Pkwy.the only location that consistently performs.

Shout out to Vegas and JP super super friendly but not plastic real customer service not one judging look energy was eager and willing eye contact amazing I even tested with " do you accept "EBT SNAP? " and no judgement! They don't BTW ordered Bacon Egg & Cheese Croissant very good large satisfying! If your in town or local stop by and see real customer service (rare) in action. Kudos to The owner and Managers doing it right!

Purchased a 25ct munchkins and most of them were stale, crunchy on the outside and dry inside. They also didn’t have most of the donuts listed so I had to get a dozen of whatever they had available which wasn’t fresh either. Staff didn’t seem organized at all. Took them well over 20 mins to move a line with 2 cars in the drive thru.

Zima is the best worker there! She’s polite and ALWAYS gets my order right. I don’t believe she’s there on Fridays though. I try not to go when she’s not there because they always mess up my order. It never fails.
Take notes from Zima and have her train everyone

Overall this Dunkin is great. The cashiers and workers are delightful, but the manager can be a bit abrasive and loud. While the service industry can be a fast paced and loud environment, that does not excuse the treatment of the manager towards the customers here.

Terrible customer service, store is listed as closing at 10 but when I showed up at 9: 59 and 30 seconds they didn't open the door.

Wish I didn’t have to post this, but I am trying to help, this Dunkin needs some work, I live around the corner and have been here five or six times in the past two years, every time has been a bad experience. Staff working are extremely polite and cool, but the food and drinks are always bad. Hope this helps.

Went to buy a coffee and he young worker was very polite and respectful. Will go back again!

I work right across from them and I always get a frozen coffee. They're super friendly and they're trying their best.
