Dunkin' Donuts, San Antonio TX

Drive thru is really still a major issue. Also no bacon no skin milk? At a Dunkin, really. I'm surprised they had coffee.

Guy at the drive thru told us to hold on, in the blazing sun, for over 5 minutes. We finally drove off. This location has always been anything but top notch. Do not go.

Went to get donuts and they didn't have any stated they won't be ready till 2: 30am. But only had iced coffee or iced tea available but open 24/7.

Rayne was the sweetest, she made my coffee so perfect and was a such a sweet heart.

Granted that I visited this location around 3 PM, but come on, both the croissant tops are black which gave my sandwiches a burnt flavor. The bacon inside wasn't cooked and the egg was barely cooked.

If you're going to serve breakfast all day at least try to do a better job of it.

If there was a 'No Star' option, that's what I would choose! It's barely 8pm and they are out of EVERYTHING except white vanilla with sprinkles. For a 24 hour place, pfft I was expecting to see y'all close at 9pm #lame

Taylerat this store is seriously the best part of my morning! I routinely stop here every morning for coffee and she knows my coffee and strives to get it right every single time! She’s sweet and attentive and is an asset to the store! I’ve been to other stores and they are nothing like this store. I would rather go out if my way to know that tayler is gonna make my coffee right!

We showed up around 9 for coffee and sweets, but the selections we very limited, my coffee cake was hard and they started rushing us to leave at 9: 45. At least the coffee was nice and hot.

Every single time i go to this dunkin, my order is incorrect in some way. I can nearly count on it. The staff is friendly sometimes, however the wait time is more than most dunkins at any given time- even if the store is empty.

They always run out of donuts and there donut holes taste stale. I would have given a better rating but it was 8pm and all I wanted was an apple fritter or barvarian creme. There hours of operation says open 24 hour and they had no donuts.

Fast and pleasant. The Cashier went above and beyond and walked my food out to me at my table when he could have just called out my order.

Not only bad customer service, unsanitary practices right in front of customers, awful employees serving food with latex gloves while handling currency at the cash register!

My favorite coffee house. My favorite spot to go for coffee whenever I see a store I have to stop and grab one. This store had a good staff and they took care of me right quick and did a good job and the food and coffee was excellent

Best coffee around! Plain glazed are best for dunkin', but my favorite is the chocolate cream. Yum!

I come here daily for my Iced Coffee with cream and Splenda. I pretty much recognize the entire staff because I'm here so often, everyone is pleasant. My only complaint is they run out of items quite often and when asked when they'll have them again, the answer is usually "I don't know". I also wish they offered Stevia or some healthier choices.but I understand this Dunkin' Donuts and not Whole Foods, lol. I still prefer them any day over Starbucks though.

Not so much a donut place anymore. They have joined the hipster movement with a wider selection of bistro sandwhiches and specialty drinks.

Staff was friendly, donut was great, seats are comfortable, but the eating area is neglected: untidy, debris, and spills on tables.
Where is the Middle Management? I don't see their responses to the numerous sad reviews.

Problems with some of the staff.most of the time they are awesome but two of their newer employees are disrespectful to their managers to customers after the managers walk away. I recommend they get fired or be put under close observation.

Great donuts. Only gave three stars because they come up with a great "seasonal" sandwich which you get to love and then they take it away. Drives me crazy
