Dunkin' Donuts, Houston TX

Ordered through Uber Eats and had a missing item and they blamed the delivery person, BUT the guy that picked up my call was extremely rude saying it was not his problem my item was missing when “they” placed it in the bag!

First time to this location this morning
8-31-20 When ordering an item the reply is rudely and as I came up the the window the lady serving the food was sweating no mask on. Disappointed. WILL NOT COME BACK AT ALL will give 5 Thumbs Down

Ordered on the app and it was always right. Never had to wait long since they gave super fast service!

If I could leave no stars at all I would. Came by in the morning and my sister wanted a minute to order and the own manager told her to try to hurry. When we ordered he didn’t allow us to finish our order. When we pulled up to the window I called him out on his terrible ways to serve Customers. He tried to justify the long line but it still isn’t the way to serve anyone who is giving you business. Never coming again.

Every morning I come to get coffee and donuts, the staff is always friendly and fast.did I say clean:)

The kid that works in the afternoons, Stone, is awesome. Great service! Coffee & donuts are delicious.

Worst customer service EVER! Cashier rang up my order incorrectly and when the manager came to fix it he insisted it was my fault that it was done incorrectly. In addition to that he returned to me a receipt stating that I would get the credit on my account when the receipt clearly stated that cash was returned. Horrible! I’ll never go to this location again

DO NOT COME HERE! GOD FORBID U WANT TO TAKE A MOMENT TO LOOK OVER THE MENU‍️ THE YOUNGER GUY THAT IS USUALLY AT THE WINDOW WILL SHOW YOU COMPLETE AND UTTER DISRESPECT. FURTHERMORE, IF YOU ARE GOING TO LEARN A PERSON'S USUAL ORDER, IT IS NOT THIER MISTAKE THAT YOU GET IT WRONG! SO DONT BE FRUSTRATED WITH THE CUSTOMER. I USUALLY COME HERE FOR MY MEDIUM COFFEE, REGULAR CREAM, NO SUGAR AND MY MEDIUM CUP OF ICE. MOSTLY EVER SINGLE DAY! HOWEVER AFTER TODAY I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT THIS LOCATION.

We’ve been going here for breakfast for about 10 years now. I love this place. The owner is always friendly with us. He practically know us and treat us great. I love the caramel latte.

We had a nice breakfast here. Good service and good coffee. I only wanted the croissant to be a bit more flakier.

I love the iced coffee, I tried the Heath and fell in love. Unfortunately, this flavor is no longer available. I wish they would bring it back. That was my reason for visiting.

Super place to meet and chat with coworkers. I will be bringing friends next time. Prices are appropriate. They have so many great reviews for a reason.

Only Dunkin donuts in the area and very unimpressive. Staff is also unimpressive, drive through and parking is even less unimpressive.

I love that they gave the homeless guy free coffee but hate that they yelled at him to go to the back: (like he was less of a person because he was homeless.

This place will made your morning beautiful with delicious coffee and sandwiches. The boss man and staff is amazing, who used to serve with smiling face.

I love the donuts and coffee, but damn keep MORE donuts on the shelf.

On my vacation I stopped by there. They have been there for long time. I had some bagels and sandwich and it was fresh and tasted amazing.

I live in the area, ilove that the owner kmows my order as soon as he sees my car. My new favorite morning ritual. Sorry im so slow to review.
