Dunkin Donuts, El Paso TX

Hit it miss. Ask for a cold brew and it looks like muddy water no taste with curled whip cream and our order is wrong sometimes

I go here about every day! Most of the time the manager takes my order. She super friendly this place never disappoints.

Worst location in the northeast I order a capuchino and literally the cup empty lots of foam and no coffee smh I Order some donuts and they taste old they need to be more on top at this location

I ordered some munchkins and a sandwich online and they had the type and quantity wrong at first then they tried to fixed it and they had the type wrong. Then they fixed it for good and gave me five extra for the inconvenience. I gave 5 stars because each time they tried, the employee stayed calm and didn't have an attitude like many others do. And they made it right for the customer in the end. That's always the most important thing.

I want to like this Dunkin’ but it’s always inconsistent. Especially driving up at 8 (when it states they close at 10 online and on the door) and they say they’re closed. Being closed two hours earlier than stated everywhere is extreme for a business. Might need to change the times online and on the doors.

They really need to remove the mobile order from this location if they aren’t going to have things available. It’s been three times I’ve ordered on the mobile app only to be told they have nothing but donuts. And they will not give you your money back no matter how many times you ask. They’ll just tell you to come back the next day only to give you a rough time and not want to give you what you ordered and said they’d replace. Why have the mobile option and everything available if nothing is in stock. Stealing peoples money.

Wait times are ridiculous. No matter what time you come you have to wait in the parking lot and they take at least 20 minutes to bring out your coffee. The manager should work on implementing better processes. There was only one car ahead of me and now there are 5 waiting in marking lot for our orders.

I live nearby and figured I would give their donuts another try being I did not want to drive all the way to another donut shop. I will say the 3 times I have been here the donuts are always hard and do not taste fresh. If you’re going for donuts, go elsewhere.

Annette and Ariana were very incompetent with our whole service and that’s the fact that we made 2 trips. My husband went to get an order and asked for something that was discontinued and instead of letting him know they give him a coffee that wasn’t even close. Let’s add it’s my coffee. I tell him it’s not it and he goes back and they finally tell him it’s discontinued and he asked why give him something that he didn’t ask for? They asked if he wanted a refund and naturally he said yes and end up tossing out his coffee instead of mine. As he let Annette know, Ariana starts laughing it up by her drive through window. My husband and I didn’t appreciate the little knowledge they had and we definitely didn’t appreciate lack of respect they had for the whole situation.

Employees could definitely work on their customer service not always the friendliest. Whether you order ahead or order at the speaker you’ll ALWAYS end up waiting in the very tiny little parking lot where you have no choice but to park in handicap for your order. If this store wasn’t conveniently in my neighborhood I’m not sure I’d go here.

Sorry service and they get everything wrong on your order. Management, train your Sorry employees!

I got the breakfast sausage croissant and hashbrowns with a cold brew it was good. I just don't like that the parking lot is so small if you're in the drive thru and they make you wait in the front, you won't find any parking. The ppl that were waiting were blocking the entrance and parked cars.

I have given this store multiple chances because I live nearby, but they either burn my food, have me wait 25 min for it, or give me hard old breakfast items. I’d rather drive a bit down the street and just go to Starbucks instead.

Purchased two dozen donuts at 0730AM. When I got to work to share with co workers all the donuts were hard/ stale.

Went through the drive-thru. They had to brew my decaf coffee, and it was very fast. The staff was very nice and apologetic for the wait time even though I didn't mind at all. Definitely recommend this location.

Just ordered from them and they couldn't even get my order right. DONT ORDER FROM THEM

Just got some delicious pumpkin spice coffee, Belinda is a star employee with excellent customer service! Delicious coffee and donuts!
