Dunkin' Donuts, Pharr TX

Place us clean but you better be on your toes because they wontannounce when your food is ready. Overall friendly staff.

The server was not welcoming, the lobby was a mess. There were no straws and the tables and floors were disgusting.

I'm easy to please. Today, they got my order wrong and the egg and cheese wrap was horrible. Last time going there

Why are the donuts always ice cold. No matter what time we come here it's always cold. I'm starting to think they don't actually fry them there. They just defrost frozen donuts and put them on the shelves.

Poor coffee! Poor efficiency! And poor hygiene! Have gone to this Dunkin' before but I don't know if it's due to the employees at the moment, but it was a very poor customer experience!

Great donuts but sometimes u got to watch out, on quality u get.they need to work on there par on doing donuts sometimes there fresh sometimes not.

My first time eating donuts from here, delicious! Bigger and better than Krispy Kreeme. I will buy my donuts from here now. Can not wait to try more!

I made it a Friday tradition to take Dunkins Breakfast sandwiches and Donuts to my staff. Which I have to admit Dunkins is better then Krispy Kreme. With that said the Pharr location has the worst management of any fast food place of all. I have place orders via APP, Phone orders and also have walk in to place the order and their staff has no clue as to what the are doing, which falls on the manager. Never again

I like it when they have my peanut donuts, but don't have those very often. We like their frozen hot chocolate, that is really good.

Love getting caramel iced coffee from here but these last 3 months the coffee doesn't taste the same. I got one this morning and it kinda tastes burnt and there's no caramel taste. Hopefully this problem gets looked in to.

This location is always great the donuts, coffee, and employees are always on point. The selection is great, donut wise they have always had all donuts available unlike the other location in the valley. Its like a night and day difference. Please keep up the great work, you make a fellow donut addict proud! Now time to burn those donuts off til next time

The donuts seem to be coming out fresh and their drinks are good and cheaper than other places. Its never over crowded. And has comfy spots to sit on. Wait is on a minimum. Drive thru available specially if you got little ones with you. Ooh and they have breakfast sandwiches and other treats beside donuts. Worth it.

The times that I have gone I have waited 15min tops. But this time they told me that they wont have any ready until 11P. M.mind you its 5: 42 P. M. Can someone tell me at what times they do have donuts? !

Staff was very Friendly inviting atmosphere and quick service food was nice and soft it didn't feel like it had been situation on a shelf for hours overall experience was great the hot chocolate is very delicious

Good place but they always run out of DONUTS! I mean that's all you basically sell so how hard can it be to keep DONUTS in stock for your customers?

Bought a half dozen mixed. Found some brown stuff inside lemon filled donut. Had to throw it away. Donuts looked old.

I only come here when others want to. Its never my idea. WiFi doesn't compare to Starbucks down the street. So to fill my coffee/sweets/wifi needs I prefer Starbucks. If they improve I'd probably come more willingly.

Always delicious donuts and great coffee but service is slow in store, though they seem to process the drive thru faster. Next time I will do the drive thru.

Very good customer service. Great food n drinks. First time there. I liked it better than Starbucks.

Cashier was very rude bordering anger without cause or reason! I had a lady with me and i felt intimidated.
