Dunkin' Donuts, Conroe TX

Always a big fan of Dunkin, but this morning there service must have been stressed. Could have been better.

The employees are awesome. After only a hand full of times, the employees recognize my family and I. They see us getting out of the car and start making our coffees.

I love Dunkin donuts but this location is terrible. The coffee was bad, there was no stall door in the ladies room, and in the middle of a pandemic, there was no soap to wash your hands. We will not be returning here.

The people at this store are completely careless, lazy and down right incompetent. I have been here twice asking for a particular coffee and they tell me “oh we don’t do that anymore” and and I’ve been to TWO different Dunkin’ shops and they have both had the coffee no issue whatsoever. This is the LAST time I’ll deal with these people, I’ll bring my business elsewhere

Ive visited this location multiple times hoping SOMETHING would improve, and this location continues to let me down time and time again. This is literally the worst DD that I've visited in the nation. The doughnuts are not topped properly; chocolate icing is scarce, glazed doughnuts are barely glazed, and its only on the top. They also literally never have any muffins, or munchkins. If you ask for a specialty coffee, they don't know how to make it, and just improvise. They also have a bad habit of not filling your beverage all the way, and give attitude when you ask to top it off. If you ask for a receipt, they ask you to pull up so they can bring it out to you. They can't make sandwiches either, and will make a line of cars wait in front for about 20 minutes for one. I suggest you go to Shipleys right up the street to spare you the headache of visiting this location. If anything, I'm more willing to drive hours to another town than to ever visit this location again.

Stopped at the drive through on our way to Dallas, so of course we couldn't turn back once we drove away and realized these geniuses completely messed up our orders. We ordered two toasted bagels with egg and cheese. What did we get instead? Croissants with egg, cheese, and bacon. Seriously? And they were disgusting plus it's kind of hard to eat a croissant when you're driving so that was a nice mess. Thanks geniuses. How difficult is it to get the order right. Wow. Just wow.

Would have been 5 stars, but new management wants to charge per cup for water. I mean get some styrofoam cups or something. Everything else is great!

Decided not to to there anymore because they never give me what I order in drive thru. It's always the wrong order.

Clean and nice, however l would like them to put individual doors on the open toilet restroom. The buddy system is really not to my liking in this respect.

Y are Dunkin firing the Veterans that work for them? It's not right, they fought for our country and to repay them, you owners do this. I'm done with dunkin.the owners also have spring stuebner and another store off louetta. Sorry about the spelling I'm not from the area.

Very disappointed with inside service.waited 30 min for food. Coffee is just milk and sugar, if I wanted milk I would have bought milk.

Donuts were average, and the selection was not very big. Service was ok, but nothing to brag about. Meh.

Great service. Nevwr been to a Dunkin donuts before and was not disappointed. Very helpful in explaining how their menu works and their options. The drinks were amazing as well.

If you go to a dunkin' donuts expecting anything above an average experience from the food to the service, you're setting your bar in life too high. Fire what it is is, this place is totally average, clean, the girl behind the counter when I was there was a little spacey but no biggy. 3*s, totally average.

I love the coffee, prices and the customer service at the location I use, but my issues are with your website, unable to login, reset password and use your website in general.can some one tell where on reset your password do you enter your password, it's just a picture with what's your password.

I ordered an ice cappuccino. Which they do not carry. I had mixed it up with Tim Hortons. But the employee insisted she knew what an ice cap was. I went through the drive thru as I was in a hurry or I would have gone back. Because what she gave me a glass of milk with ice cubes!

I'm literally writing this review while I'm still here at DD. I came with my family we ordered at 8: 16pm and didn't get out food plus drinks till 8: 50pm.and when I asked the worker how much longer cause I've been waiting for awhile she just looked and me and rolled her eyes. I wasn't rude at all cause I'm with my husband and children. Then when we finally get our last drink my son said thank you to her and have a good night and she didn't even respond to him didn't even make eye contact. Can't believe how rude. I moved here from NY and I have never been in a situation like this. Plus the donuts were extra hard. So disappointed. Wish I could've gotten her name but she has faded red/pink hair and wears glasses.

Great drive-thru for cheap, delicious iced coffee drinks. Employees are usually friendly and fast.

Every morning at 5am. Well expect when outta town. Reg cup of coffee made with love. And my Jew Bagel!

Went through the drive thru and ordered the cake donut bites, they were pretty good. Not as sweet though as the ones you'd get from other stores and bakeries but pretty good.
