My technician was so delightful. He also did a good job fixing my softener issue quickly, explaining everything. He is an asset to Dupure. Thank you for having great employees

He was very polite and knowledgeable about the products. His superior level of expertise is appreciated. I have 2 issues not related to his service, however. The 9-5 window for service is excessive and an out of warranty price of a necessary product is doubled. Also excessive.

Issues is not resolved. I called the technician and he said he would call me the next day to resolve. I never heard back from him.

Our DuPure Technician was awesome! He's been here before and has quickly serviced our water system, checked system parts and replaced parts on previous service calls.
We enjoy talking about sports and what our kids are doing! Haha

An important part of my water softener had a leak. Nathan Perez was the technician that was sent to my home to assess the situation. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was explained everything to me and told me exactly what was needed to get my issue resolved. He went above and beyond to ensure our issue was fixed; he even made it happen sooner than expected. Excellent customer service and excellent technician!

Great service. Systems are not cheap but the damage the hard water will do to your pipes, water heater, and faucets will be even more expensive. Eric was a great salesman and the company was quick to install. Highly recommended.

I'm still not sure what kind of service was done for over $400! I asked the rep to put on booties before entering my home so he didn't come in and opted to go to garage only. The filter and water inside were never checked/tested. Over $450 later, my water tastes soooo bad which didn't before. I'm not sure if this service is worth it.

Joshua and Julian did an awesome job with our installation. Talked us through each step as they were doing it and then showed us how to do each the RO and softener! Christian helped tremendously when our first sales person suddenly left us. He stepped in and took control of things right away!

Just wanted to add the names of those that made the troubleshooting and installation of new water Softener a pain free experience. Christian was the utmost helpful with the troubleshooting of system prior to scheduling a technician to come out to deliver the not so good news. The tech (Fermin) was very helpful in explaining the problem with our system which made us comfortable with our decision to replace it. Jonathan came by on Friday IAW the scheduled window to complete the install. All involved in this process made us feel like important customers. Hats off to each of these individuals for a job well done.

Again exceptional quality and professionalism from the technician. It was an easy fix but I was disappointed that a plastic part that had broken was the cause. Still, The tech knew exactly what to do the first time and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder and asking questions.

These guys provide a great service experience. They are very well cross trained in every aspect of the job.
