I bought a new First Texas Home that has water filtration system that came with it. Abel came out to install the drinking water filtration system as well as showing me a presentation of the hard water in my area and how it would affect my health, and my home. He provided different options for my whole house. He was very professional, patience and genuine. He followed up with me during and after the installation. I'm very pleased with the systems, and the services. I would highly recommend Dupure systems and Abel to come out to assist you.
I Purchased a new home and the builder provided a system that came with it. Initially, I was a little hesitant to automatically have them out because it seemed too good to be true. I LOVE MY WATER FILTER. I was already in the market for a water softener because I hate the hard water spots on my shower and my youngest daughter has eczema.they provided me with such an amazing deal! The install was extremely smooth and professional and my sales guy was absolutely amazing. Michael is such a hard worker and very knowledgeable on the products. There wasn’t a question I had, that he could not answer. I highly recommend Dupure! I will forever have them in my homes moving forward. Such a great, thorough experience!
Me and my family were very pleased with the knowledge given to us for our system and love the way it works. With being stuck at home it really was great working with them over the phone and how quickly they installed and got everything set up!:)
We just moved in our home that came with the Dupure filter. The Dupure representative came out and tested our water and activated our filter. He explained everything very well. We love our Dupure system! Couldn’t be happier with the service.
I love my softening unit. I’ve never had any issues out of it and it’s maintenance free (besides salt)! Would highly recommend!
Bradley was very nice and professional. He removed his shoes before coming into my home. He fixed the issue with my water filter fast and buried our power cord. I appreciate his thoroughness and professionalism!

Hello I am John Cross Dont be distressed by some of these reviews as my experience with Dupure has been stellar. You know some folk you can NEVER PLEASE they do not want to PAY FOR WHAT THE SYSTEM COST or for anything for that matter and you then complain on top of that. I find Dupure has American values and are NOT perfect but if I have a problem with my system they bend over backwards to assist me. As I fore stated SOME FOLK YOU CAN NEVER PLEASE
Worst company ever, they have put a bad unit in the beginning and when it was giving problems, every time a technician comes in they charge $180. They don't ever fix this problems. Don't go with this company. I would have given negative stars if I can
I purchased a new First Texas home and Michael Heslep came out for a demonstration on my system and was so thorough and kind. He educated me on the water and even provided me with some amazing options for my whole home. I am so very pleased with both of my Dupure systems and I would highly recommend having Michael out! Such a great experience with a helpful, genuine water specialist!
I love my Dupure Water Refiner. My husband and I bought he Diamond Series Unit. We have Soft Water and we don't have worry about hard water build up on our shower doors and water heater.
Their customer service is really bad, i was told that they will be taking care of getting permit from the city, its been 4 months and the inspection is not done yet. I have called them multiple times and no proper response from them and i don't think they are taking any action on it to get it done quickly.
Beware! Wish I had read these reviews prior to buying their whole house water softner system and RO for drinking water. Customer service is abysmal to say the least. They do not back up their product if something goes wrong. Gouge pricing for service call and replacement filter.
This company is a scammer. The sale was made, no down payment, equipment fee.nothing. The installer came and charged me additional fees. These people have no ethics, don't comply with their word and are thief's. I wouldn't do business with anyone who does not comply with their word and try to take the rug from under you to get more money from you. They have no ethics and are liars.
Have been a Dupure customer for a few years. Have no issues with their system. The problem is that I am moving into a new house and was quoted about $1,000 just to disconnect the system and was told moving the system to the new house is another additional cost. I feel like this is a ridiculous cost! I will never recommend Dupure to anyone ever again.
Not satisfied with Dupure. They didn't install properly. Very bad customer service. Worst company. Go get Callighan instead of this junk company.
The service has always been great for me, and the filters do the job for my kitchen sink. I use it mainly for my coffee machine. Makes the coffee taste so good!
Customer service was awesome and the filter was shipped on time and undamaged. Will def use them again.
If you order and receive a defective filter, don't expect them to let you mail it back and receive another; they want to come out so they can charge you for a service call. Very poor way to do business in my opinion
