I had a positive experience working with Mr. Duran & team for the Probate of my father’s Will in Tarrant County. He also drafted an Affidavit of Heirship for me to address my mother's estate; this document had to be redone by the Title Company, so my recommendation would be if you are working towards the sale of a property, just let the Title company handle your AOH document to avoid paying for it twice.

We have been using The Duran Firm for quite a few years for our son's guardianship. They make the process so very easy for us. I love how Sara always is so very helpful any time that I've had any questions. She immediately goes out of her way to help us right away in a very friendly manner. When COVID hit the world and I lost a couple of friends, I decided we (my husband and I) had better get our wills in order. We have a child with special needs that we needed to plan for. The Duran Firm had helped us get guardianship a few years before COVID, so we were familiar with Michael.
I was happy to see that Michael’s firm also handled wills, etc.
The process was fairly simple. After calling the office and speaking to Sara Garcia Diaz, I got on line, found the paperwork, and got started!
I liked that every time I called the office, I was always able to reach Sara. She was very helpful in the whole process. We talked to Michael as needed. Both he and Sara had good suggestions when we didn’t know what we really needed.
Because of COVID, we actually stood outside to sign our papers. But Michael and Sara were both there, along with a couple of people who helped with the paperwork.
Over all, I was very satisfied with the process of getting our lives in order so that when we pass, our remaining son won’t have to worry about so many things.
