3Worst customer service ever lady hang up before I finish my question and then blocked me from calling! God bless this company with better attitude and attention to customers
Every time they answer the phone, the lady is so rude. I’ve used this company a couple times and it’s always the same. I think she needs to learn how to be a little more professional.
Worst experience ever
Drove about 10 hours in a bus with no Ac and 43 people on it
The driver did not care about the covid policies people were not wearing mask due to the lack of Oxygen
And the worts thing were deivers did not care about us
There were old people and kids and drivers did not bother to ask if someone was feeling bad
And another thing restrooms were disgusting
I personally didnt wanted to consume liquids because i was avoiding going to the rest room
AND WE DID NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND AT ALL
