Love my little golf cart. Everyone was nice and helpful. Only problem was I couldn't take home the trailer I saw there. LOL

I can not express how grateful we are to have experienced the purchasing of our new horse trailer.
The entire staff went beyond any expectations in their support to satisfy some concerns. Even the company owner chipped in fixing an issue. Hats off to the entire staff. We will be back for any future purchases, despite the 6 hour drive. A huge thank you.

What nice people! I rented a trailer to haul my horse back home and it was so late that I didn’t get it back in time and they told me not to worry to bring it back when I’m through with it. Everyone there was helpful, and the trailer was very clean.

I needed to rent a trailer very last minute and as quickly as possible same day. I had a very sick llama I needed to get to the vet. The front office staff was polite, efficient and got me on the schedule same day. Within 30 minutes I was at the office, had forms signed and ready to be out the door. The service team found an issue with the trailer I was about to rent on the brakes. They got to work to fix it as quickly as they could and ensure safety before I left. Unfortunately, I could not wait as I had a very sick animal and the clock was ticking down.

The 2 gentlemen in the service department completely understood, were very patient and worked fast to grab the next available trailer and get it hooked up. Then we had an issue with my lights not working! Again, they worked fast to repair the issue, ensure the trailer was hooked up safely, and get me on the road. I am happy to say I was able to pick up my llama and get him to the vet in time thanks to the Durham team working so efficiently. Thank you!
