Dutch Bros Coffee, Round Rock TX

Employee seemed very confused on orders and using tablet. Drinks weren't made they way they were supposed to be.

We're excited to have Dutch Bros open here for another tasty coffee drive through. My daughter favors their dirty chai and iced teas. I enjoy their seasonal drinks and freezes. They have alternative milk options available. It's worth the splurge to add the soft top!

My dog loves their pup cup and I love their cold brew! The staff is always upbeat and makes the experience even more pleasant.

They’re always so nice, especially Erin, Isaiah and Ethan. Get a toasted white chocolate sugar & spice nitro cold brew with soft top.

Just stopped by and ordered the Golden Eagle and asked to be extra hot
I got the drink but it was NOT EVEN HOT! And it just lukewarm milk

I had the sweater weather Chai, said it had white coffee in it. It was delicious, but a small was over $7. Hoping for gift cards from Christmas so I can try more.

Got an Iced Nitro Cold Brew which was excellent tasting, but pricy. The cup was still over 3/4 full of ice after finishing, not a good value.

Love everything about Dutch Bros. Their coffee is awesome and their energy drinks are really good too.

First time visiting, they had a very long line and I waited about 30 minutes. The order taker was very friendly. I ordered the pumpkin brûlée cold brew. The coffee was lacking flavor, the cold brew was weak, and it had a bunch of ice that almost filled the cup. It tasted very watery. The little topping they put in it was very tasty but it didn’t carry throughout the drink even after trying to mix it in. Maybe their hot drinks are better, but the cold brew wasn’t very good.

Best Service. Have been a few times and always have fast and Great service. Today was exceptionally great as Amaya made sure I was satisfied with my drink before leaving since I never remember what to order. She even printed me and receipt to make sure I knew the name of it. I love how comfortable employees make me feel here.

Staff is always so friendly. Drinks are pricier compared to other coffee establishments, but the wide variety of drinks are done quickly and accurately.

Love the drinks but long line and one person working on the outside.this was on a weekend which made no sense.improve staffing pls

Decent coffee but service is EXTREMELY slow. Took 20 min to get 2 basic coffee drinks with no extras and the girl who served us was totally oblivious to moving things along and made us wait a long time extra for no reason despite that we went inside instead of the long drive through line

Only 1 person working both lanes. Took 25 minutes on a Sunday at 3 pm to get coffee. Ridiculous. Will be taking my business to summer moon

FYI. They don't serve drip coffee, only espresso with water, aka Americano. They don't tell u this until you've paid and are at the window.

This place is for your frappe and sweet coffee drinkers only.

Please train your staff as they're not the same at all. This tastes like a Keurig I can get for free at the office.

Super fun place for really tasty coffee! Make sure you check the nutritional information, there is a LOT more sugar in their drinks than you'd think!

The people here are amazing. I always get coffee after my recent doctor visits in Round Rock, and the employees at Dutch Bros make my day. Thank you so much!
