Dutch Bros Coffee, Cross Roads TX

The lines move fairly quickly. The staff always seem cheery and polite. Area around the place is kept very clean. I have only tried one drink, which is the 9-1-1 which is fantastic. It's for when you really need a pick me up. This drink i believe takes longest to craft so in case if you are in a rush to get coffee would say try another type. The quality of the coffee is fantastic. One day I will try a different drink.

This morning it was my first time stopping at Dutch Bros. The very rude girl taking my order appeared to be baffled by my question "Does the Carmelizer have milk? ". She paused for a long time, I said "do you know. " Her response, with a laugh, was "I'm just confused by the question, all of our drinks have milk. " First of all, if you have a dairy issue, this question is NOT out of line. Second of all, even if that's true, just SAY YES and BE NICE! It's not that hard.

Glad we have a Dutch Bros close to us now, but it would not matter because we will travel to one anyway.

This is such a great Dutch Bros location. All the employees are friendly and helpful. My first time here, Mason was awesome. He helped me with the menu and was extremely personable. I have kept going back because of that first impression and all the other employees have kept up the vibe. Even though this is a chain, it felt like a local shop. They decorate for holidays and it’s a lot of fun every time I go.

These poor Broistas are always busy and have minimal support. But the coffee is always good and orders correct

The lattes are great and the flavor is consistent every time. Friendly service too. Sometimes the line can get backed up, but they do a pretty good job of getting things out in a timely manner. I just wish they had better options for pastries.

The coffee and service here are great! Some of the coffee I've tried just had too much half and half and not enough coffee flavor.

I love Dutch bros and have been to many locations and all do well, but something about this store just isn't right. Mabye because it's new and they have a lot of new staff but my drinks never come out very well, their either not sweet enough they charge for extra sauces but then don't put extra on it or when you tell them easy ice they still put a lot especially if u get a soda they fill it because their can soda (size of a normal can of soda) they use is not that big so they use the ice to fill the extra space so you end up paying more for the same sizes so definetly alittle sneaky on Dutch bros end. And I only know this because I've seen the can and the kid who gave me a Dutch soda explained to me why their was a gap in my drink which was 1 can per drink. So idk. The atmosphere is 50/50 just depends who's working that day bc theirs definelty a few snobby workers at this location. But overall I love Dutch bros but I don't love this location.

Different menu from most other coffee chains, their menu and service feels more small independent coffee shop. Got the Annihilator, pretty good. Different lids as well, I like it. Coffee is not as over roasted as Starbucks very good flavor.

My favorite coffee stops. Quick and so efficient. Any drink I have ordered has been made with care and tastes amazing! Every time we come get something new we never get disappointed. They have so much options and if not on the menu they still can make it if possible! Thanks again for being so close to home! Dutch bros for life!

Ordered a blended coffee that usually comes with whip cream and caramel toppings etc and even mentioned it to the guy but he gave me this simple blended coffee. Guy working there didn’t look like he wanted to be there no thanks no hi nothing from him and then this coffee.

Great coffee. They are either a bit understaffed or still getting up to speed as this location is SLOW and the only one you have to consistently order and wait at the window

My drink was spot on! They are so nice here too! I had an issue with the app and redeeming a drink a few weeks ago, and they were so awesome to accommodate the issue. I will be back often once the road is finished.

Super friendly staff, quick lines, great tasting coffee - what more could you want? Hands down best coffee we've had in Denton County. Forget Star$ - Dutch Bros has the most options, best prices, cool app rewards, and friendly employees.

Star.who? We are die-hard Dutch Brother fans! Isaac and Kristin at the new Cross Roads location were amazing. They were professional and had the best attitudes. In Texas heat that is hard to do at almost 5 pm. 108 today, and they were lovely. Our new coffee place from now on
