I love this place! Every time the employees are all so very friendly and I recommend to everyone I know!

I arrived at 4pm Oct 21st for a coffee and was very impressed with the young lady with cool bright orange hair taking orders outside she was very kind respectful and knowledgeable and I believe someone should commend her appropriately!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place? HORRIBLE. I’ve never been to Dutch Bros. Thought I’d give it a try. The employees, are about as bad as there watered down coffee that was sitting on the counter that the girls let sit there while they collected tips out the box. The girls were socializing not taking any orders of the 20 cars in line. GO TO STARBUCKS.

Coffee was ok, nothing special for the price. No visible menu where they expected you to order.

Accidents happen I get it. It if I request no soft top, and you accidentally put it on there. Please don’t scrape it off then blend the rest in. Two days in a row this happened. Soft top is the most undrinkable texture I’ve ever experienced. I’m now down $20 for what was essentially trash.

No intercom drive thru they walk up to take your order. Have your order ready. Their is a wait not to bad.
I tried a medium pumpkin spice frost pretty good. I got a medium caramelized blend before very sweet. Really good. Good portion for price. Rather go to Dutch bros. Then other places.

Went to the walk up window this morning since the line was long because of the rain. I knocked at the window a few times and nothing happened. I come to this location about 3 to 4 times a week. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem either. I eventually just left after about 10 minutes of just waiting.

Do not go to this location if you dont have at least 2hrs to spare. They are extremely slow so if you go when you have to be somewhere within the hour then you will be late. No way to leave the line so you are pretty much stuck. Drinks are good though.

Very slow service and long wait at this location every time I visit. The Custer location is way better!

Sweet people working there and great drinks when you can get them. I left the line for the 3rd and final time because people will cut in front of you in the second lane. They need to let people order in the way they arrive and not who is bold enough to cut. I’m not the only one who has complained about this. It’s a real problem with the world full of mannerless people

Love going here since it opened up in my area and had never been, this is my 3rd/4th time here and I always love talking to the workers especially when some of the girls listen to the same podcasts as me but when I pulled up to the window after waiting patiently with my cash in hand not knowing the total because I wasn’t told, the girl at the window looked at me and said “hand me the money” in a not so friendly way at all…. Had I been maybe a woman of a lighter complexion maybe I would have been treated differently? As a fellow food service worker at my job I would be fired for speaking to a customer like that but I guess:/

I’ve only gone through the drive thru but this is my new mandatory stop before work. The iced golden eagle chai is amazing!

Absolutely love the people at this location the 2 times I went. First time going to a Dutch bros, hard to order if you don't know what they have. Menu options need to be better for those who don't order coffee.

So I went today thru the drive thru for lunch. The guy that took my order gave me my total of 5.90, but when he charged my card he gave himself a tip of $1 that I didn’t agree or consent too. Now usually I give a tip for tip worthy visits, but to it without permission after clearly telling me the cost and showing me. NOT OK.it’s theft pretty much. Yeah, it was $1, but it’s the principal. And the reason I gave it 2 starts because the drink was ok, but they will never touch my card or be allowed to not let me see the screen before processing again.

Love Dutch but this location painfully slow.waited 20 minutes for a drink with only 5 cars ahead of us. I’m just gonna stick with the spring creek location

Love Dutch Bros coffee! So much better than Starbucks. Workers are very friendly too. My favorite is the Kicker- Irish coffee.

This location just opened up and I never had their coffee before. Well they did a great job, they even offer pup cup with a little surprise in it. Glad this place is so close to me
