D’Vine Nail Spa, El Paso TX

Today my daughter got to fix her nails. It was an hour before closing the salon, they put her on the list and one looks at her, and she asks her what you are going to do, she answers to fix my nails.

My daughter never asked how much would she pay for the job? The employee I only tell her it's $35 dollars I look at her in a bad way she turns around to talk to a man, and then she tells my daughter I can't do anything to you because I'm leaving! Then they all told her no. They couldn't take care of her. How sad that they only look at the color of the people. Without learning what nationality the person is, not because one has brown skin. For the information of these Chinese or Oriental employees, my daughter as we are Samoa. And if my daughter chose to go to that place by mistake, it's because she has money, because her mom is a general manager! I have money to pay for a bad service, how sad that's why we are as we are.

Horrible experience my nails came out thick and short even tho i wanted long. There was also a fight with all the workers causing a big scene

Can’t leave a review without leaving one star, but I’d give 0 if I could. I went in to get previous nails done from someplace else a cut. The lady who did my nails assured me she would be able to fix them. She seemed very confident, which made me feel confident about the fix. She was definitely wrong about “taking her time” and “being meticulous”. She cut them all in different lengths, some being longer than others and some shorter. She continued to reshape them, leaving some coffin, some square, some flare, and some rectangular. On top of that during the pedicure, she said that I would be able to get a massage and relax while she does so. When I asked for help on the chair she said, “I don’t have time to figure that out. ” I didn’t mind not having it on, it was just the tone of comment made that made it super awkward. While she proceeded to do my toe nails, the lady doing someone else’s pedicure randomly asked me, “when did you get your lips done? ” I told her when I did them, and in front of everyone asked, “You don’t think that is extremely too much? I would tell the girl who did them to not do them anymore. ” She then laughs, and it gets uncomfortably silent. I sat there humiliated. I think even the lady doing mine was too because she told her to stop multiple times. Since when do we put people on the spot to belittle them on cosmetic procedures? ! Extremely uncomfortable experience. Rude nail techs like her need to mind their business. Also, as soon as I got home I removed the nails because of how poorly done they were. I would not recommend this place. Save your time and money. And again, to that other rude nail tech, please MIND YOUR BUSINESS.

My favorite place to go to relax! They always make you feel special and the only place I trust with my hands and feet for mani and pedi's I have been going since it opened in the Fountains. I have known the owners for over 20 years and have followed them with every nail shop they have opened. Love this place and highly recommend!

Linda my nail tech was really pleasant and gentle. I mentioned I had foot surgery 4 weeks ago and been 2 months since I had pedicure did phenomenal job. She was kind and gentle which I really appreciated! She did my pedi gel and manicure w dip and Did top quality job! This place is lucky to have someone like here working for them.

Excessively expensive and lousy work, they are the worst nails I've ever had for 89 dlls, horrible, badly painted, crooked and it's not what I asked for They look much prettier in the pictures than in person.

I can’t believe I had to pay extra just to get my nails shaped. On top of the overly prices my nails look horrible and not what I wanted. Never coming here again!
