Great spot to pick up all different types of wood. Prices and folks working there are great. I see awkward people complaining about individual employees that are helping load their firewood. What they don’t realize is if the employees are loading your wood they are being kind. Loading your wood for you and you complaining about it is just weird.

I don't usually write reviews but not one person that worked there was wearing a mask. Even when they walk up to you and ask how they can help you. NO mask. I just think it's disrespectful right now. I was approached by 2 employees with no mask. They are very nice people but should be wearing mask when approaching customers. I don't want someone to help load wood in my car that is not wearing a mask. If you don't care about yourself at least show that you care about your customers.

They weren't wearing masks (I was, but the employees weren't, neither was another customer; a third customer was though). The wood was fine though, so 3 stars, but I won't give repeat business. Wouldn't it be better to enforce precautions as a business during a pandemic so you can, you know, continue to make money, especially in the Austin area?

You don't have to buy large amounts of wood. I bought just enough post oak to smoke a large brisket. The wood was perfectly seasoned and burned so clean. I'll be back for more wood.

Great price and wood. Picked up from friendly folks and wood was well seasoned and large pieces at 16-20” each as marketed. I will be back.
