DXL reviews
7Great place that has lots of variety, and sizes for dress shirts. Super kind with giving help, and color suggestions.
The young lady who waited on me and the MOD were both very helpful, and I purchased what I needed except for the items they didn't have in my size. I'm stuck in that XL-Long to 2XL-Long range and that is really small for Big Man's stores, like DXL, and too big for normal men's stores, like Men's Warehouse. The options are slim in that range.
Absolutely unacceptable. Mobile order ready to pick up and doors are locked before close. Literally takes 1 minute to pick up my order.
You guys really think you’re the only ones around. Can’t wait to see go to out of business. Remember who pays your bills; the customers, not your employees
Two items had something like $5.00 off. Therefore, we were unable to use the coupon, even though we bought over $200 worth of merchandise. I feel like it's a Gottcha.
As a larger gentleman recently headed back to the office, department stores weren't stocking my size. This place had good stock and friendly, attentive service.
We were assisted by Joe. He was very helpful and was very nice to my son. I am not going to lie, I did get a little sticker shock. My son loved the clothes we bought so in the end it was a Win! Now if anyone has a coupon, please send… He needs more pants. There was a lady they that did not seem like she was happy. But store smelled like new clothes. Hope we get good service next time we go!
Every single time I go there it feels like I'm having a concierge service. I'm helped far beyond what any clothing store has ever offered. I feel catered to. It feels like the staff cares more for my comfort than trying to reach a quota or push unwanted accessories off on their customers. The manager "John" at this location went so far as to take the shoes off my feet as I was trying on different models. I tried to tip him but he responded with: "I appreciate your support but I really want to set a standard for good customer service for my team to follow. Instead of a tip what would really help me is a good review. " Well John. You earned this. Bravo.
