Job is a massive pyramid scheme and incredibly misleading about what they offer. 80-90 hour work weeks, 100% commission while you try to go door to door and sell 2nd rate products to people. They proclaim an 'opportunity' to own your office but you're never a true owner of anything other than a title. You'll still be expected to go door to door and then provide, out of your pocket, for expenses. Use critical thinking when doing an interview here. They will take advantage of younger, inexperienced people because they don't know any better. There's a reason you don't see people over 25 in there and its not because 'they can't handle the business. ' Everybody wants financial freedom and ability to own their business, but this place will only make you distant from family and loved ones for a false opportunity. Credico, smart circle all run these small shops and are the real owners in this system. Be cautious

Honestly, quick response to any questions I had. Whether that was through email or phone. Understand they have 2 main lines so if you don't get through to one the other will answer. So great communication. No complaints!

So helpful with my dad's company. I honestly heard of them through word of mouth since one of their current employees are one of my close friends. Honestly, they took my dad's company from 0 to 100 seriously. Very very thankful for their work and 100% recommend for any small business looking for growth but don't have that man power or connections yet.

Fast response time, very polite and they pay very close attention to what you want and need from them. They don't try to upsell you on their products which is fantastic since you won't have to deal with annoying sales people. The account management team was very understanding when I has asked them to make some changes to my order. Overall, great experience and definitely recommend!

Great experience with all the staff from front desk to management. They were very hands on with the project that I needed back end support on. They are available 24/7 if hired and their customer service in particular goes above and beyond what is asked. Price is also very reasonable if you are a start up company. You get what you pay for. Definitely recommend!

Great experience with their client relations and account executives. I had issues reaching a certain demographic area in the metroplex and they helped me reach them with their direct approach. Thankful that I was able to also get it reasonably priced and also saw results within 3 1/2 months. Sometimes small business owners like us need some help and dds will do that for you.

They certainly do try to help you with your business and do a good job with making referrals to people that can support you. I guess my only complaint would be that there aren't as many resources as you might need and sometimes there's a little bit of heavy or focus on getting funding or sponsorship for your business or taking out a loan when what really is the best focuses is how to start the Business without all that financial entanglement. But I certainly understand business is based on money and for a lot of businesses without the money you don't get started. It would be nice to see a lot of energy put into launching the business with as little money as possible. I still suggest using them though because they're the best resource around.

Third party company that handles small business overflow. The very unprofessional interviewer disconnected my call after asking two questions about the open position.

The mission of the organization is noble and important. I completely respect and appreciate what employees are doing for clients. Frankly, this why I wanted to work here. The clear marketing concept fresh my mind.it's great to be the part of the team and use hard work to help our client to build their names. My dream job is to build a brand from nowhere to the most popular name. The experience here will definitely help me a lot.

Sometimes, I genuinely feel like being employed at DDS has been like winning the lottery. I get to work with some incredible clients, and very supportive coworkers in a well designed program every week. My supervisors are supportive and personable, and I always feel confident that my coworkers will be there for me when I need them most. I think my favorite thing about DDS is that our clients always come first. If someone did not get the service they deserve, the issues will be solved really quick.
