We went to Saigon Pagolac and purchased Crawfish and Beignets at this shopping strip Dynasty Plaza. Clean and parking lot are spacious.

This place has a scam for towing! I was there first to visit a beauty store then went for a lunch to the plaza next to the street. One security guard came and told me it's ok this time but next time please park to the other plaza if i'm have lunch in another plaza. When I came back my car was towed. I found the security guard and he refused to admit what he said. I highly doubt this security guard has some money exchange with the towing company. When I complain to the manager of Dynasty Plaza about this security guard she literally hang up my call.

This plaza has the first Asian supermarket in the new Chinatown. It also has few restaurant and a cafe plus my favor bakery. The 2nd floor had a dancing school and some office space.

The only good dish out of all dishes ordered was the fried calamari.

Do not order the fried duck, it is flavorless and dry.

Owner was rude, didn't even hold door open for me as he entered ahead of me while I was saying "It smells good, think I'll try some, are you the owner? "
Despite my obvious handicap and using a Walker, my Personal Doctor is located on the 2nd Floor.

I sat for 20 minutes to an empty expect one table of 3 for a Saturday afternoon Lunch.

The Owner, obviously a very poor judge of character doesn't know that I am a renowned Publisher, Radio & TV Personality.

Never had an opportunity to try the food which smell authentically great despite the dingy appearance of the Cashier & employee (dishwasher?) I observed.

He probably did me a gastronomic favor because the food probably is as Untasteful as the Owner.

This was once the premier mall in Houston Chinatown. It has since fallen into disrepair. There are still some reasonable restaurants in the plaza.
